Hades sparring with Poseidon

When we finished I was about to head out into another adventure, but Astria caught up to me and said "where do you think your going" i replied "to adventure the world". Astria then sighs and said "Dont you care about getting ready for the war" I answered back "nope". When she heard me say this she was fuming with angry "So then you got me to join the olympian to join the war against my father and mother, While you just adventure out doing whatever you do". I sighed and got closer to her, until i was a feet apart from her, "Then fine what do you want me to do" she thought for a moment and said "why not first talk to your siblings or our titans and gods allies". "For the the siblings part i could do but for the allies part i rather not" she quickly replied "then let me help you talk to our allies" I then nodded and headed to meet my siblings. Firstly Zeus was to busy so i rather not talk to him, then i went to Poseidon who was in the training area and when he notice me he said "Hey hades you wanna spar" I replied with a "sure.

We then flew down the mountain and near a forest since we didnt want to destroy the mountain. When we found a place where we can spar, we started taking our position and as i look at him i felt strong amount of fighting energy. While Zeus was the leader and I was an adventurer, Poseidon was a warrior who trained all the time even when we were inside of cronus and out here. I finished my thoughts and looked at Poseidon who took out his primordial spear and dashed at me with full power, He was about to hit me when i released white flames on my palms which instead of eating away Poseidon it instead just surrounded him and dissapear. Poseidon laughed and taunt me with "is that all you got" And as he attacked me i used the white flames again, then Poseidon release his awaken power which was water, but compare to pontus it was nothing and I easily dodge, The this time i went for the attack and showed up in front of him punching him with flaming white flame which parried it with his hands but instead of being able to stop it he was pushed him backward and his back hitting down trees. He then tried to get up as i walk to him, but he could'nt and the reason why was the white flames, Unlike the black flames which engulf everything the white flames takes the the enemies power, then making the enemy weaker and weaker with everytime the white flames hit them, Also it make me stronger and even heals me. I then got close enough and offer my hands and supported him up. He then said "Hades what did you do i cant feel any of my power anymore. I then explained everything to him which he finally understood that just because something doesn't hurt you it can weaken you to the point of not even being able to stand up by yourself
