Chapter 3

After supper, they all went to the indoor pool.

There scented candles lit around, and on a table were bottles of wine, fruits and finger foods placed in a nice bowl. The servants gave each one of them a glass and pour some wine and champagne. "For the Robertson's family! Let's all enjoy, Salute!" Allen said and they simultaneously raised their glasses.

"Salute!!" all said lively.

Kyle and Oliver were diving in the swimming pool with their girlfriends, Chloe as well. Haley sits on the chair, she's still wearing her bathrobe, she's ashamed to take it off because Khazar was looking at her.

"Haley, what are you waiting for, let's swim!" said Lucy, and she went to the swimming pool with James, all of them having fun while drinking wine.

The servants are all around them and standing like guards waiting for their orders, Khazar is one of them.

"Haley is so pitiful, look at her, she always gazed at Khazar, do you think he'll gonna like her?" Lena said while dipping at the pool. "Oh yeah, If she is not disabled maybe?" said Jazzy. Haley removed her robe and went to the very edge of the swimming pool, so her body could not be seen, she was wearing a one piece red swimsuit, Haley's body was

beautiful indeed.

As she dived in to the pool, Haley noticed that Khazar was still staring at her. "Haley, join us!" Jazzy called her. Then she joined them.

"You have a big crush on Khazar? You always gazed at him," Jazzy smiled.

"No I'm not,"

"Well even though Khazar is only a servant here, if he will like me, I will answer him immediately, even if my daddy objected!" Chloe laughed.

Kyle and Oliver joined their conversation.

"Hey! what are you talking about?" Oliver said as he approached them.

"Are you talking about that servant again?" Kyle nodded.

"Oh sweetie, you're jealous right away, we're just talking about him for Haley, right?" Jazzy said then glanced at them. Haley felt annoyed. Soon she came up and put on her robe.

"Hey! where are you going?" Chloe called out.

"I just wanna go to the bathroom," she said looks upset.

And she came out of the indoor pool, while walking in the hall way she didn't realize that Khazar followed her. As Haley walks in, she heared him called her name.

"Hi! Ms. Haley!" Haley turned around and saw Khazar, smiling at her. As she looks at Khazar's angelic face, and his stoic stance, Haley felt right away that it is impossible for him to like her.

She thought that at times no one interested in her, specially a man like Khazar, maybe it's his job to serve their guests. She barely smiled and turned away.

But Khazar grabbed her shoulder, she looked back at Khazar, their eyes stuck gazing each other and suddenly, in an instant their lips became closer, and they kissed.

Haley felt so good when Khazar is kissing her. It's her first time to feel this way. After a while, Haley suddenly released her grip on Khazar and pushed him away.

"What are you doing?!"

"I'm so sorry, I-I didn't mean to do it,"

Haley was speechless. There's no words coming from her mouth. They stared each other again and their eyes stuck to one another. Soon after, Abayomi arrived.

"Khazar!" she nodded.

Abayomi held Khazar hands immediately, she looks at Haley sharply as she dragged Khazar away, when they are lost in Haley's sight she felt sad. She start to feel insecure.

Haley had just returned to the indoor pool, but Khazar was gone. All her family was happy but Haley was sad, Khazar had not returned. After a few hours, they all went to their own rooms.

"So cool, it's just the first day, but we are so much enjoy here, as if we were living in the ancient world, and so ridicule those who serve us still wearing like Cleopatra, and the men like the sons of pharaoh, what a different class here! " Chloe said happily while getting ready to bed. She didn't hear Chloe that much, because Khazar was on her mind.

"Haley, are you listening for what I'm saying?"

"Huh, what did you said?"

"I guessed so, you didn't hear me, anyway, what are you thinking?"

"Oh nothing, but I really like here!"

"I know right? We are so lucky that we got a slot, my friends are still hoping to get a booking here but until now they didn't get one,"

"Very well Chloe,"

"And if they only knew that there was someone like Khazar serving us here!" She laughed.

"That' true!" Haley said while thinking of Khazar's handsome face.

Chloe was asleep but Haley are still wide awake, she can't stop thinking about Khazar. She remembers their sweet kisses and the way he looked on her. It was her best ever experienced to have such a feeling.

"Is this true? does Khazar like me because he kissed me? But who is Abayomi? she is so very beautiful, while I was a lame?" Whispered inside her.

Until Haley fallen asleep. While Haley was sleeping, she suddenly dreamed of Khazar.

In her dream, she was an Egytptian Princess and wearing fancy Egyptian's clothes. And she is not a lame, her leg looks just as good as her other leg. In her dream, she and Khazar was deeply loving each other but their families opposed to their romance. One night, while they loving each other, a group of Egyptian armies came in and forcing Khazar away from her, and her family also came and pulling her away against Khazar.They tightly hold each other hands.

"Haley! I love you!" Khazar said in tears as the armies pulling him away from Haley.

"Khazar!" Haley said also in tears, she still holding the hands of Khazar, until they lost their grip on each other. Khazar brought somewhere by the Armies. Haley wept as she mentioned his name. "Khazar!" she cried. Then suddenly she felt someone is tapping her shoulder, it was Chloe. She caught Haley was crying and mentioning Khazar's name.

"Haley, what is wrong? are you alright?" Chloe sighed as she heard her uttering Khazar's name. Haley suddenly awakened.

"What a dream?" Haley exclaimed.

"Why are you crying?" Chloe wondered.

"No, I'm just dreaming, let's go back to sleep,"

"I thought so," Chloe yawned and she back on her sleep.

Haley was still thinking about her dream.

"What a dream? so weird!" she sighed and went back to sleep.

The next day, everyone excited when they woke up. Especially Haley, she was very excited to see Khazar once again. She wear a pale blue dress and put a pin in her hair. Haley was the last one to come down, the family was in the garden and having breakfast. When Haley arrives in the garden, she rolled her eyes and looking for Khazar, but she doesn't see him, neither Abayomi.

Haley had just joined her family for breakfast, the family was having fun as they talked that morning. Then in lunch time…all of them are in the dining lounge, but still, Khazar wasn't there to serve them.

By afternoon, the family was enjoying, they were in different parts of the castle house. Her brother Kyle and Jazzy are boating in the lake, then Oliver and Lena are roaming in the garden. While Chloe and Haley was together on the terrace of their room and overlooking the beautiful garden.

"Have you seen Khazar yet?" Chloe asked.

"Not yet, maybe his duty is over?"

"But, I'm dying to meet him!" Chloe sighed, Haley wasn't surprised at what she said because she felt the same way.

"Maybe Khazar like you, don't you feel it?"

"No, I don't think so, what are you talking about Chloe?" she smiled suddenly.

"Oh, I just guessed so?"

They looked up from the terrace, then Haley noticed something.

"Chloe, can you see that white house, so nice!"

"Oh yeah, maybe Khazar lives there?"

And after a while, they saw Abayomi entered the white house.

"Did you see that, the beautiful woman went inside the house, maybe she lives there with Khazar?" Chloe nodded.

"Hmn…maybe?"

"But why do we have to wait for Khazar? We only have a few days here. But I'm sure we will never forget him!" Chloe laughed.

Hours later until they had diner she still couldn't see Khazar. She was more fond to see him. The whole family partied again at the indoor pool, and they had a great time.

Haley was just sitting in the corner and waiting for him. But he didn't come. Haley decided to get outside the indoor pool. She walked around the castle house, and looking for Khazar, maybe she will find him anywhere but, no traced of him. Suddenly, she saw a woman walking while carrying some folded towels, she approached her and asked.

"Excuse me lady, may I ask something?"

"Well then?"

"Why is Khazar no longer serving us?" Haley shyly asked.

"Oh, well actually, Khazar is not a servant here," she whispered.

"Really?" Haley was surprised.

"Yes,"

"But why he is acting like a servant?"

"Because he is very kind, he treated us like his colleague, he wanted us to feel the same way, so he serves here sometimes, no one knows that he is the owner of this castle house, even the tour guide,"

"Oh! Is Abayomi was his girlfriend?"

"Oh yes, she is very lucky woman indeed, did you know that most female visitors here are looking for Khazar. They always come back here in any ways, there are very much attracted to him, but our boss are only here for quite sometime," the servant mumbled and looked at her. Haley felt ashamed, she thought that she is one of those looking for him.

Haley feels sad when she learns that Khazar was the owner of the castle house and the boyfriend of Abayomi. There is no reason for him to love someone like her. She went back to the indoor pool to join her family.

After the family had fun in the pool, they all back to their rooms. Haley was still thinking about him. "Oh Khazar! Why did you kissed me? You already have Abayomi, it's impossible for you to like me, I hate you!" Haley sighed and embraced her pillows.

The next day, in the afternoon, the whole family went out of the castle house to go exploring, they went in the garden of fruits and had fun picking, but while everyone was happy, Haley was sad. They sat under the tree, they had fun talking.

"Well, did you notice that handsome Egyptian no longer shows?" Lena tells Chloe and Jazzy. "Yeah, that's why Haley was so sad," Jazzy muttered before biting her apple.

"She has to accept the fact that he really does not like her, she doesn't need to get hurt," said Lena. "You know, when we were in our room, I caught her mentioning his name while she was sleeping. That's why I feel sorry for Haley." Chloe mumbled. After a while Kyle and Oliver came, bearing some fruits that they picked. Haley was just around the corner and humbled. Her mother approached her.

"Sweetie, you're the only one I haven't seen enjoying here, what are you thinking?"

"Nothing mom," Haley replied.

"What is wrong, you're obviously not in the mood, is it because that Egyptian no longer shows up, is he the reason?" with her eyes narrowed as she looked at her.

"No mom!" she said with iritation.

"Forget about him, we're about to go home, we have a few days to go!" Lucy said with her arms crossed. Haley was speechless and humbled again.

"Enjoy yourself with your cousins," Lucy said, then she went to James.

"What is wrong with Haley? Why she's not enjoying here?" James asked.

"I don't know, maybe because the Egyptian didn't show up anymore,"

"What? This is bad! I need to talk to her,"

James approached Haley while sadly sitting on the bench garden.

"Cheer up! Were here to enjoy!"

"I know dad, don't worry about me, I am like this ever since before, nothing was new," she muttered quickly, shifting her gaze to the ground.

James realized that Haley has been really sad ever since she was become disabled. He just let her be alone. But all day and night Khazar didn't show up. Everyone was having fun inside the castle house. But until the night, she didn't see him anymore. Haley hates her feelings towards Khazar, keep wondering why is she longing to see him?

Touring the Egyptian City

The next few days on their 5th day, Banjo returned to the castle house, and its time for them to go for sightseeing, they all went out to go to the other places in Egyptian city.

They followed Banjo on a tour through some of the city's great highlights and to learn more about the history and religion that make their destination truly unique.

They start their tour by visiting the plateau of Giza where to visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops and the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus. They had full-day tour in ancient sites, artifacts and a bustling bazaar. They Rode a camel through the sand beside the soaring pyramids at Giza, then descend to the funerary complex at the Valley Temple. They went toe-to-toe with the enigmatic Sphinx, and paused for lunch before visiting the Egyptian Museum. They explored the stunning collection of artifacts, mummies and royal treasures with their expert guide aside from Banjo, then continued to the Khalili bazaar and browsed vibrant displays of fabrics, handicrafts and antiques.

They went to the shops to buy some souvenirs. And as Haley was walking, she noticed an antique store, she approached a woman vendor and asked if there was a pendant like hers, as she showed it to her, but nothing like it.

After a moment, she asked the vendor if she knows what was written on her pendant. But the vendor could not read the symbol engraved in it, she asked other people in the shop but no one can read it. They said maybe it was a secret symbol that only Egyptian Gods could read. Haley thought in the first place that any person in Egypt could read it, but she was mistaken.

Haley did nothing just keep her pendant and they had fun touring the city.

It was late night when they returned to the castle house and all of them enjoyed except Haley. Banjo went home, he will come back on the day of their departure. The family went to their own rooms to take a rest. After took some rest, they went to the dining area for their late supper. Haley still hoping that Khazar will show up, but he didn't come. The whole family partied all night, but Haley was just sitting in the corner and feel empty.
