Reassessment (3)

15 June, Gu Group Headquarters, City K

Steven, sat down at his desk, having just sat through a draining meeting with the clinical head of their City K medical division.  He regretted last night offering to Paul and Uncle Gu to deal with whatever was needed when they heard of the explosions at the City Hall square.

Uncle Gu was stressing out, because he knew the potential pressure that it would place on not only their health facilities but other facilities in the City.  While the company always had s Vice-President and Senior Vice-President on call to deal with emergencies for the company over the weekend, as of the late notice of John's wedding the original arrangements were changed, due to who was invited.  Those on call had already attempted to undermine the deal they had with the government to assist in times of disaster.  He worried that they would pull the same stunt with what happened.
