A letter from the past (5)

18 June, LY Studio, City K

Lexi, before I close and give you some other hints on how to deal with my stubborn grandson, I have a wish for you.

Do not let my grandson trap you in simply being a stay-at-home parent.  That is not you.  You are bright and intelligent.  I know that you can achieve something spectacular with your life that is separate from your life with my grandson.

The only thing I do not know is what that will be.  There is something out there in this wide world that will become your passion to pursue.  Follow that passion with determination.  Do not let my grandson interfere with doing that, because it will only make you feel trapped, which is not what I want for you.  You can and will be a success in everything that you do.
