"The law regarding terrorism offences, has a starting premise that all cases must be heard in a military court. The reasoning behind those provisions was that it would be highly likely that the case would involve intelligence activities by one or more of the police, the national intelligence service, or the military. Those activities, are afforded protection by the state as they are essential to protecting the citizens."
