Anna walked up the stairs with the help of her son and daughter. Ning Ning and Ying Ying were by her side as he picked up the award for best actress. All of this felt and looked very surreal. She could not believe that this was happening to her!

She had already won two awards already and this was just the highlight of the evening.

The applause from down below was deafening, it was like hearing an avalanche happening in real time. She looked down towards the people who were sitting nearby and felt like her heart was about to explode!

Ning Ning stared at her mom and said softly, "I am proud of you, mommy!"

Ying Ying was also not left behind, "Mommy is the best!"

Anna felt her heart swell with pride and emotion as she stood at the podium. She took a deep breath, trying to steady her trembling hands, and looked out at the audience. Her eyes sparkled with tears, reflecting the bright stage lights.
