I don't like her

A CERTAIN VILLAGE IN COUNTRY W

Liang and Wei's compound was buzzing with activity. Every dawn, tens of women would gather around the place. They would take on cleaning the compound and ensuring that food was cooked. They would do this almost every day and it was getting quite evident the reason why they would show up.

Liang was a late riser. He would wake up at ten in the morning with punctuality that shook the heavens. He would wake up not a minute more, not a minute less. When he got out of is hut, he would be surprised to see the compound which he never touched was sparkling clean. What made everything better was that a sugary voice would be by his ears saying, "Lao Liang, you just woke up? No problem, here, I brought a bowl of hot porridge for you. You should have some before it gets cold."

He would be handed a bowl of piping hot porridge.
