Chapter 21: Entering the Game once again
The duo finally arrived at an apartment building near the east side of the city. Shi Fan ordered his sister to carry his own baggage as he had to carry Shi Jieun's "so-called necessity items" in front. They both went inside the elevator into Shi Fan's apartment. The moment he opened the door Shi Jieun immediately dashed inside not giving Shi Fan any time for him to get in. She is amazed by how simple he designed his room. With just three rooms and a bathroom in each room. Looking around she can see numerous furniture unexpectedly made of different woods even when they are already in the Virtual Era. Remembering her brother's unique preference towards wooden types of furniture especially antiques she accepted it as normal.
Shi Fan finally entered the apartment and dropped all of the bags at the dining table.
"Careful brother there are eggs in there." Shi Jieun immediately warned Shi Fan.
"Eggs?. Why would you buy eggs?" Shi Fan walked through the refrigerator.
"For food purposes?" Shi Jieun explained questionably. She is thinking of what's wrong with buying eggs.
"Then what do I do with this?" Shi Fan opened the door of the refrigerator and it revealed 2 dozen eggs in the egg tray.

Shi Fan helped Shi Jieun in unpacking her things not believing she actually only carried minimal clothes with her. It's like she's planning on staying inside the house the whole time.
"You use this room from now on. I'll head to my room now. Don't interrupt me when it is not important." Shi Fan is hinting her not to force stop the device while playing.
"You're playing the game?" Shi Jieun asked.
"Of course. You know how this brother of yours likes games." Shi Fan proudly spoke. He then rubbed his sister's head and went inside his room. He stood before the capsule and he took a deep breath and entered it.
After connecting the necessary attachments he checked if his nutrient supply is still good.
Seeing as there is no problem. He logged into the game.
"Launch Emperor Online." Shi Fan commanded.
"Launching..." a familiar female voice he heard from before.

At another location in Xenovia Planet.
An old man slowly walked toward a 50-story building carrying with him a strong aura capable of suppressing even the strongest warriors. The guard that is on night duty respectfully bowed with respect the moment he sees the old man walking inside.
"Headmaster Xiang." the guard said while bowing.
"Mhm." the old man said in courtesy as he heads toward the elevator going to the highest floor.
The elevator upon reaching the 50th floor stopped and it's doors parted. The old man again slowly walked as if he had all the time in the universe.
He knocked twice on a semi-wood large door and a secretary immediately opened it. Seeing the visitor he also bowed with the utmost respect.
"Is the CEO inside?" the old man asked the secretary.
"Yes, Headmaster Xiang. Chief Sun is currently working." the secretary respectfully replied.
"Ah. Should I wait then?" Headmaster Xiang asked again. As he believes that it is a wrong practice to disturb a busy individual.
"No no you can head inside immediately Headmaster the CEO will surely make time for you." the secretary immediately rejected his intention to wait. His few words immediately added the secretary's respect for him. As most of the CEO's relatives always reason that they are connected by blood and always interrupts a meeting to get money from his boss.
"Okay then thank you, young man." Headmaster Xiang slightly bowed and headed into another large room near the secretariat office. As it is already night only a few people have been seen by the old man.
He knocked again twice and a voice came from inside.
"Come in."
The old man opened the door however as he went inside the 30-year-old or so the person working inside didn't look at him thinking it is his secretary. The person sitting seeing as there is no response from him immediately looked up the moment he sees the old man he stood with his eyes gaped wide in shock. He immediately bowed.
"Headmaster Xiang." the man politely said.
"CEO Sun." he extended his hand.
"No please don't call me that I don't deserve to be called CEO in front of you." he immediately grabbed the old man's hand and shook it.
CEO Sun indicated for the old man to sit down at the chair in front of his table. The moment he sat down he read what is written on the plaque in front of the table.
"CEO Sun Xiangsi, Pan Security Investigations."
Pan Security Investigations is one of the leading companies in terms of investigation within the Galilean System which composes 93 Habitable Planets as well as where Xenovia Planet is located. It's branches reached almost 120 offices at 80 different planets. Despite Xenovia Planet was classified as D-Rank planet the CEO decided to set up his headquarters here as this is his birth planet. Its primary objective is finding people, gathering information and most especially it's hidden function is Protecting the two Emperors in the Galilean System.
It was established at first as a security firm. As the corporation grew due to the emergence of Emperor Online they decided to take it to another step and that is gathering information on the game. They accidentally stumbled upon their soon to be hidden objective when they first encountered the first Emperor in the Galilean System. The Emperors in the game might be unbeatable inside, however, the moment they got out they are also vulnerable individuals that can easily be killed by many people with bad intentions if their identities were revealed as there are already 7 known cases of it. As a forefront in security systems, they were commissioned by the said Emperor to protect his identity as well as other future Emperors within the system. This hidden agenda, however, is only known to the CEO himself and the one who hired them. And the person who is being protected by the company is right in front of him. The Headmaster Xiang in front of him is actually, the First Emperor of the Galilean System.
