Power of slaps
"What!" Out of the three bullies none of them knew who said the word but all they cared about was that it voiced out their thoughts.
They were terrified and drenched in sweat like as though a bucket of water had been poured on them ,their former pride and arrogance was instantly quelled on the implausible feat just performed by Ethan , something they strongly believed would never ever happen in millions of years to come.
Alex was the most visibly shocked,it took a whole lot of willpower to keep his band active,he was badly shaken and if not properly taken care of would have a bad effect on his cultivation.
His scaly spear which he tightly held was still as mighty as before but the tip of the spear which was meant to have drowned in the blood of Ethan's heart was hampered by a thin barrier which covered the whole of Ethan's chest like an armour.
This barrier was made of a pure energy which was no more than ring power!
It appears like a simple matter and something that doesn't need such reaction has it had received ,the feat was actually not that great but in Ethan's case it could be regarded as nothing but.....Mind blowing!
If a ring power barrier had appeared on the body of a Mystical Nurge warrior then the reaction would have been nothing more than admiration which would have been from warriors with lower level of cultivation.
This was one the things which made the Mystical Nurge realm peculiar it was at this stage that one would be able to pull ring power out of one's body ,the spiritual paths in the human body helps distribute ring power all around from the dantian , at the Mystical Nurge realm ones ring power would have gained enough force to push itself out of the body through the spiritual paths.
If the ring power of a Mystical Nurge warrior should penetrate the body of a series realm warrior then the result would be instant death!
The ring power of a Mystical Nurge warrior can be defined as water moving through a pipe placed horizontally , if the necessary amount of pressure wasn't used water wouldn't gush out of the pipe, same was the case for the ring power of a mystical warrior.
You could imagine the ring power of a series warrior as a mass of water with no sufficient force to push it up....So how was Ethan able to push his out?!
This became a question that the whole of them had in mind,Doji and the Mystical Nurge warrior had halted their battle ,who would still want to fight when an outlandish phenomenon is occurring in his presence.
Ethan suddenly opened his eyes which had been tightly shut all this while,Alex who hadn't been focused on Ethan but the barrier which had blocked his spear suddenly felt a terrifying gaze lock on him,he tardily rose his head up and met with Ethan's eyes!

If the pressure from Ethan's sword aura was previously like a mountain now it was like the power of ten mountains, Alex felt his bones quiver and to his utmost disbelief the earth scales on his spear began to crack , the pressure he felt emanate from Ethan was something he hadn't felt before, even from the Mystical warrior.
It felt as though he was pregnable and every of his cultivation secrets was laid bare in front of Ethan.
Alex had his shoulder bent and his knee almost touching the ground he couldn't even hold an eye to eye contact with Ethan anymore ,he felt that if he stared at Ethan's eyes again he would be wiped out!
The point when Alex stabbed his spear into the barrier till the time when Ethan opened his eyes though appeared slow happened in only few breaths.
"Haha!" Alex screamed wildly and began to cycle his ring power frantically to counter the pressure placed on him and to his utmost surprise it resulted to a backlash that made him spit out a mouthful of blood but he didn't care about this as he immediately began to retreat.
He had only taken few steps when suddenly he felt a terrifying sense of danger loom over him but before he could react.
Pa!
An heavy slap that carried with it the force of the wind landed on his face which sent him flying backwards.
He was still trying to think through what happened when suddenly he saw a blur appear in his vision,and once again..

Another slap descended on his face,but unfortunately that wasn't all...

A rain of slaps hit his face before he landed roughly on the ground, red palm imprints could be seen allover his face with some part swollen like as though he had been stung by a bee.
Ethan stood in front of Alex with anger burning in his eyes,this would be precisely the second time that the man had tried to kill him ,he wanted nothing but to rip him apart.
He had finally found the missing part of his sword aura it was actually his ring power, it was the essence of his aura in the sense that when he was at the early stage series realm he could only emanate the aura of an early stage warrior same was when he became a middle stage series warrior.
So why then mix with the product when you could actually merge with the source it self!,that was the exact step Ethan took.
Alex's face was pale and drained of blood, his internals were in complete chaos ,every of Ethan's slap sent into his body a raging energy which inundate his body and to his surprise his ring power was unable to counter it ,he then made matters worse when he forceful cycled his ring power,most of his spiritual paths have been ripped apart and all of this were caused by slaps!
