In Disco Village lies three people in the Village Council. The village doctor, Greylon, who is the oldest member of the village. The village guardian, Donna, who is the strongest member of the village. And finally, Marvin, the village chief and is also the man who handles the trade of Disco Village.
Right now these three people are sitting in the village hall with three children in front of them. A young boy with red hair and two black haired girls. The boy had a soft gaze as he looked at the contemplative looks the three elders were giving him. The girls were just silent, as they showed respect for the elders with their actions.
They all looked at the map of the village that had the forest on its east side. A circle was placed on a part of it, the area where the Muddleberries were growing.
"A Wild Orange Gorilla? So close to the Village?"
A skeptical look was in the village doctor's face as he listened to Akatora and the two girls. Greylon had never heard of such a thing happening in all 87 years of his life, but then again, their village never raised a Vice Admiral before as well. The village is growing so much that their peaceful lives are bound to change with it as well.
"We should get little Goku to take care of it then. He's got men that can take care of it."
Marvin looked at Donna with a smile as he pushed the responsibility to Sengoku, again. It has been like this ever since the boy started climbing the ranks in the Navy. As Marvin had always been Sengoku's beloved uncle, the two share a bond that makes them rely on each other. It was more so when the reason Marvin couldn't leave the village was due to losing his right arm. One that he lost when saving Sengoku earlier in their lives.
Ever since Sengoku left home and almost lost the Village in the time he was away, he had started a routine deployment to the village. Every first day of the week, an officer will come to check up on the village and leaves on the second day. But since it is already the third day, the next one won't arrive until five days later.
"Oh, the Wild Orange Gorilla isn't a problem. I'll take care of him. But sir, please help me inform everyone to stay away from this part of the forest."
Akatora smiled and pointed at the circle in the map. If these girls and that boy were informed of the
Wild Orange Gorilla earlier, then they wouldn't have been hurt. Since there was already a precedent, they should do it to avoid another instance of it happening.
Donna looked at Akatora with a strange gaze. She was aware of the boy delivering her a bunch of Muddleberries every week, but she wasn't expecting him to get it from such a dangerous place. But it also didn't look like it was a problem for him.
"Why did the Wild Orange Gorilla let you guys go? What did you do?"
"Oh, oh, I saw it! He just threw cotton balls at it and it fell to the ground. I think we should let everyone carry cotton balls!"
Thinking that the Wild Orange Gorilla was scared of cotton balls, Gloria shouted out loud.
"Yes! I saw it too! He made it whimper by throwing it at the Wild Orange Gorilla very fast!"
Diana beside Gloria nodded while crossing her arms in front of her chest. Her eyes were dead serious while the Donna gave a sigh and the two other elders looked at Akatora with a shocked expression.
Using cotton balls to make a Wild Orange Gorilla fall to the ground?
Aren't cotton balls 'his' thing? Since Donna is his wife, did she teach it to the boy? Is the boy capable of using imbued haki already? At that age?
"A genius!"
"A genius that's even more of a genius than little Goku!"
The two elders jumped out from their seats while an excited expression was written on their faces. They looked at Akatora like he was the most beautiful treasure in the world. A boy that can use haki so early means that he has room to grow. With this boy, they will finally have a successor for Sengoku. A successor to keep the village safe.
"Hey, son. Since when did you start using haki like that? Why didn't you tell me?"
Akatora looked at his grandmother's glowing eyes as her smile caused a chill to go up his spine. She was feeling guilty at having to make the boy suffer so that he can learn haki, when all this while, he was actually a genius.
It was at this moment that Donna decided to switch Akatora's training to the next level.
