Lena got into her house and went straight to her room, but on the way, she was stopped by George.
"What happened to your hand?" He asked. He did not look friendly like he usually did. Something was obviously wrong.
"Nothing! Nothing... nothing happened to my hand." Lena responded quickly. She did not notice that her hand was hurt, so she was confused by the question.
George gently grabbed her hand and looked at it. "Really? This is nothing?" Her hand was bleeding.
Lena was surprised to see the blood also. She did not know that she was injured. "I didn't even notice it." She said, and she looked George directly in the eyes.
"Follow me. Now." George said, however he still did not let go of her hand. She was pulled along after him to the couch, and then he insisted that she sit down.
He left to get the first aid kit, and Lena was frightened by the way he was acting, so she did not move from the couch. She knew that he was angry.
He returned quickly and tended to her hand. Then he looked at her as his smile returned. "How did this happen?" He asked.
His smile was terrifying. Lena could not help but feel cold when she saw it. She wanted to pull her hand away, and she tried to refuse to answer, but his smile seemed to burn through all her barriers, and she could not help but tell him the truth.
