Moving in

"WHAT are you doing in my room?" Emery's was caught off guard that night when Rhea suddenly entered his room while dragging a trolley bag.

"I'm moving in here. This is my room too." Rhea acts bravely.

After a day of thinking about Erza's words, she decided to give it a try. If she fails, she will give up and accept that her marriage with Emery has come to an end. If she didn't try, how could she know?

"Fine! You sleep here. I will sleep in the guess room. " Emery fetches his hand-phone. He doesn't seem to welcome the idea at all.

"Mer!" Rhea quickly hooked her hand to Emery's arm until his steps stopped mid-way. "Do you hate me that much? Why? At least tell me so I know what is exactly wrong with us?" Rhea looked straight at Emery's beautiful black, fathomless eyes.

Her throat went dry suddenly because of her sudden act. She has never dared to look deep into his eyes before. But now, they were standing close together; she couldn't help to be mesmerized by his impenetrable glare. But Rhea cannot let her feeling haywire her judgment. She needs to patch things up with him first.

"I know mom has forced you to marry me. And I know you do not love me and we don't share that special feeling as husband and wife. But don't simply hate me because you can't have those feelings. I has withdrew the request to divorce because I want to give this relationship a second chance."

Emery's gaze turns cold and distant. This is the first time Rhea has spoken at length about her feelings. The last time they talk to each other, it's all about the basic things. But they never talk about feelings.

"Give us a chance, Mir. If it doesn't work, then we will walk separately." Rhea really hopes that Emery will listen to her request.

Emery's cold gaze turned soft slowly. He let out a small sigh. "Firstly, don't call me Mir, please. I don't like pet name." Emery pulls away his arm from Rhea's clutch.

"I'm going down for a moment. Don't wait up."

Rhea was stunned. For more than a year, he called Emery Mir, and just tonight, he told her that he did not like it. Oh my! Their level of miscommunication is so severe.

Then what should he call Emery? Call him Em? He doesn't like that pet name also. Oh my! She just realized that she was married to a strange man!

For a long time, Rhea thought about what to call Emery. Until Emery reappeared in the room, Rhea still did not get a suitable name to call her husband. What a brain deadlock!

Maybe she could just call him husband. Let's give it a try.

"Husband, let's move back to our home." The words came fluently out of Rhea's pretty lips.

Emery turns his body to look at Rhea. "What did you say?" He wanted to make sure he didn't hear it wrong. Rhea called him husband and asked them to come home.

"Let's go home." Rhea repeated her words.

Emery was silent and didn't show any reaction. Although he felt weird when Rhea called him 'husband', he doesn't even bother anyway. And her idea for them to move back together was also not bad. He already felt uneasy about living in his mom's house any longer. His eardrums might explode soon after hearing Mrs. Harris nagging every day.

"Tomorrow after work, I'll be coming straight home." Finally, Emery agreed. Hopefully, after this, he can live normally again. He doesn't have to listen to his mom's nagging and Rhea's plea for a divorce.
