*Ryoku's P.O.V.*
When I woke up this time, it wasn't to the sound of the marching of thousands of beings moving in our direction, but to the sound of busybodies going about their day and also...a paw softly stroking my fur and constant pressure on my body...it felt nice. I enjoyed the feeling for a few minutes before finally deciding it was time to get up. Upon opening my eyes, I catch the surprised Pika-, I mean, a very surprised Sheila who stopped her hand mid-stroke and looked at me with widen and shocked eyes with her head laying on my body.
"Good day to you Sheila...so I take it you enjoy my shiny pelt?" I smile teasingly at her, at that Sheila seems to get knocked out of the trance she was in and launches herself off me with a massive blush framing her face, and quickly tries to fall to her knee, probably to ask for forgiveness or something, but that won't do. So faster than she can react I quickly cross the distance between us...and gently hold and caress her face. That caused her to blush even harder and stiffen up, looking like she is about to faint from sheer embarrassment.
"Now, now Sheila, are you not my wife?" I ask her gently while looking deep into her eyes. Looking back into my eyes and finally relaxing in my paw, she unconsciously pushes her head further into my paw.
"Yes...I am. But I thought that was in name only so that you can more easily join our two clans together?" She titled her head a little, the confusion clearly in her eyes. At hearing her question, I softly chuckle and using one of my fingers I gently stroke her cheek, causing her to softly purr.
"Sheila, you were there when I gave my speech right?" At that, she gives a soft nod. "So, you should know my goal or goals, correct?" Another soft nod. "Then you should also know what I said was not a joke, that I meant it seriously...and that you will be my first wife." And after saying that last part I stop my stroking to see her reaction without any outside influences besides her resting her head on my paw. After a few beats of silence, she finally responds.
"First?" Hearing that I nod and softly smile at her.
"Yes Sheila, I truly desire a large family, and for that, I will go out of my way to extend my love to others and if they reach out and take it, I'm not one to just blow it off or slap their extension back out of the way...it would go against my very principles...and that's why I hope I have not offended you...Dear." At that her eyes, while looking at me, lose focus and she seemed to be pondering. After waiting for a bit, she gently grabbed my paw and moved it off her face. My heart started to pound faster, and I could hear it pounding in my head. Was it out of fear of rejection? Anticipation for her answer? I didn't know but it wasn't a feeling a liked too much. However, I snapped out of my thoughts of what went wrong or what the problem was, at the feeling of her gently rubbing my paw pad. I looked at her to see her hanging her head low, looking at the floor, and she began speaking.
"I'm not offended...in fact, I'm more surprised you even consolidated this with me...I've already told you that I thought I was going to be some figurehead that you would keep on the side or something...that I would just be some...action figure put on a shelf to rot or whatever...and I accepted that fate. But now, I know you won't do that to me...that you will...love me...as foreign as that sounds even in this life...and the last." After hearing that last bit, I was in shock. She looked back up at me with a slight saddish smile, when she mentioned that last bit, and her eyes bore teasing into mine.
'Last life? I'm definitely bringing that topic back up to her after she is done.' And looking into her eyes I knew that she saw my confusion and would bring that topic back up after she was done with her piece.
"So, in all Ryo-" "Call me Yahweh...that is my true name." "So, in all Yahweh...I don't care how many people you surround yourself with, my 'fathers' in both lives did so constantly whether my mothers knew about them or not meant nothing to them, they had no commitment to them in both lives. But I know you won't do that. I mean if you can take in and protect random strangers you've just met and you both treat each other like family in a few days, then what about your own wife? Maybe my world views are screwed up, because of the way I was raised...or you're just a damn incubus with all that charisma and sex-, I mean-." At Sheila's slip up I burst into laughter and that caused her to hide her head in embarrassment. After laughing for a bit, I stop and look to see she is still hiding her head, so I do the only right thing to do, and walk to her and gently kiss the top of her head. That caused her to quickly snap out of it and look at me and shock again. And with her staring at me, I start patting her head, and with as much passion and heartfelt relief, that she accepted, I stared deep into her eyes and spoke.
"Thank you." And with that, she almost collapses onto me, but I quickly zip us over to my bed and I sit down as she cuddles into me, and we just talk about what happened during my days of sleeping, and bits and pieces of her past life.
*After some time*
To sum up a long and sad story, Sheila, her name was Amanda in her past life, essentially had a life like mine, and a town like mine but a bit better, the only difference being that while my 'parents' hated me, her 'parents' treated her with indifference. They gave her what she needed to survive and that's all, she only existed for them, like she was some mistake that they were too lazy to get rid of. However, she was a strong woman and didn't need their love and attention, as she came out just fine, life wasn't the best but she got by and she was close to completing a goal she had come up with in her early years of life, and that was to make enough money to ditch that town, she was so close to completing it, but in a town like that you can't have something not happen to you. So she was cornered in an alleyway, late at night, and was threatened at knifepoint for all her money, she gave it up but the robber wanted more, he wanted to rape her, however, she pulled out a knife and fight him, unfortunately, that was the night she died but also the night that scumbag died as well, and that about sums it up.
After hearing her, story, I told her about mine and my past life, the reason why my goal is simply a large family, and other things about me, that's how I found out she also enjoys anime and such, and we just sat there bonding, connecting, and cuddling. After talking about our past lives I asked about what was going on in the clan while I was asleep, she explained how she helped with the building and how a 10K+ workforce, all housing, storage domes, and other such things were completed, and everyone is now settled in and just living and relaxing peacefully after years of mental and sometimes, psychical torment from their now dead leader. Hearing such good news, I think it's now time to tell her about the plans that I have formed.
"Dear, I have something to tell you." I call out to her, to grab her attention, and she opens her eyes and looks up at me.
"Yes, Yahi?" I smile slightly at the nickname she came up with during our talking.
"I plan to undergo a metamorphosis and change my current, along with gaining my humanoid body back as I plan to travel to another world, and I plan to grant everyone else one as well." She looked at me in shock and surprise, but then she looked down as she pondered about it. When she was done she looked back at me.
"Really? That would be...nice, but how will everyone else react to this, is that really a good idea, to so drastically change their nature?"
"A good question, however, they will be fine, they are like pokemon, such changes may disorient and confuse them, yes, but with my [Realm], they will have more than enough time to adapt to the changes and it will only bring advantages, as they can switch freely between their human and true form." She nodded her head at my explantation
"Alright, then I guess it should be alright. When do you plan to do so?" Hearing that I let out a soft chuckle.
"That's the thing a plan to do it...now." Hearing me she just looked at me confused once more.
'Eve, is there a way to combine bloodlines together?'
[Yes there is, what bloodlines do you want to combine.]
'I would like to combine the Ruiner Nergigante, Furious Rajang, Safi'jiva, and Fatalis bloodlines, but keep the Ruiner as the baseplate or shape, along with that I would like to get an ability to transform into a human and back.'
[Alright, that will be $5.9-, that will cost you the rest of your BP.] Hearing that I was a bit shocked.
'Really, if I remember correctly that animal pack thing a bought didn't even cost that much? I have a million points plus left right?'
[Indeed you do Yahweh, however, Nisha has made an exception indeed of making you have to level up and in general making you weaker when you hit your second milestone at level 10, he decided to give you everything for the rest of your points, as the new bloodline you are creating and the [Transform] ability adds up to 700,000 BP.]
'I see...alright then please purchase it all then.' Hearing everything Eve explained I silently sent thanks to Nisha and accept his deal. It sucks I won't have any more BP, but I can farm some from all the people my [Blood Clone] is going to defeat when I get it to travel ahead of me, so it can set up shop for me.
[Purchase complete. What would you like to name your new bloodline? Also, would you like to integrate it into your body now.] Hearing that, I ponder for a bit, before I come up with the perfect name.
'Let's call it the [Chimera of Ruin] since the base form of it will be [Ruiner Nergigante] with many more bloodlines to come in the future. And yes please integrate it into my body.'
[Very well, that is a nice name for it...have a nice rest, Yahweh.]
'Yes, thank you, Eve.' And with that, I softly fall onto my bed, that same feeling I had when level up came back, along with a wave of sleepiness washing over me and along with, and the last thing I see is Sheila starting to panic.
'Whoops...I'll have to apologize when I wake up, for now, sleep.' And like that, I was out like a light.
