Hunted by the Church and his own kind for 600 years, Alexander finally makes s refuge for himself in the Chinese mountains. 

He only leaves the mountains when he runs out of supplies, unfortunately for Alexander, his latest visit to the market attracted the attention of a young woman.

The young woman is the daughter of the local mafia boss and Alexander is dragged into events that would see him rise from the shadows and seize his rightful place as the king of the shadows.

Every few chapters of the novel, I will be releasing a chapter like this one which will update you the reader on the characters that have been revealed as well as up to date descriptions of the locations within the plot. This is so normal chapters are story focused while these chapters will give further explanations of characters motives and other information on them.

Slim build with a small amount of muscles, his eyes are pure black and empty like the void of space.


His hair is black, medium length and very well kept considering that he is always on the run.


Has a large scar across his chest but the cause is Unknown.


Desires: A place to call home where he is free.from prosecution and able to start a family like he has always dreamed.

Powers: Beginner Vampiric powers, speed and strength.


She has a tall slender frame however her rear end is quite large compared to the rest of her.


She is red haired and it is long and flowing, down to her shoulders.


She has a small scar on the left cheek.


History: An old village that was founded nearly 800 years ago in the Chinese mountains, it was originally a small farming settlement that grew a little when gold ore was found in a nearby mine. Nearly 500 years passed with very little happening in the village until the Demon army attack.


Appearance and layout : Many of the buildings in the town follow a wood and stone theme, the houses are smaller than one would expect however this is a choice, allowing more of them to built. 


The town is split into 2 districts, one being housing while the other contains the things needed for daily living as well as a small shop that sells very basic necessities. 


The only building that has any grandeur within the village is a large shrine made of marble that is a top a small hill behind the village. This shrine is said to be the place of an ancient ritual..


People of note from this town: Tao Emiko, Tao Mu and Tao Zin.
