Never even happened

It's been two months since Tal was in coma, every Day Ruchi would come and tell everything, Sometimes she just ends up crying because of missing her little cupcake so much. While Anthea practically lived in the hospital room. Bronson tried to visit Tal everyday but sometimes he need to manage his business, and at a point of time he even thought of retiring from his work so that he can take care of his princess, but dropped the idea when he realised that it would increase the burden on Ruchi.

Every day they hoped that Tal would wake-up, but as the days passed on and when there wasn't any news of her waking up, their hopes started fading. And one day when Ruchi was reading something on her phone and said "Tal, Do you know where the actual green signal was meant to stop? You don't know right? okay let me answer, It was when we're eating watermelon" Ruchi started laughing hysterically at her own joke, but stopped when suddenly she heard "Ruchi.. that was so lame..." it was a hoarse voice, which was very faint as if someone whispered. Ruchi's heart started pounding faster, she thought that it was ghost, but when she suddenly heard the voice again "seriously now you're even scared of your sister?"

Ruchi was so surprised and when she looked at Tal, Tal was smiling weakly, with her partially opened eyes it was so sudden that it took a minute for Ruchi to register everything. "Oh my god! Tal you finally woke up!!!" Ruchi said while holding her mouth, she was so excited that, she practically yelled for her mother who was in the bathroom. "Mom!Mom!Mom!!! come fast" And in the meantime she called her dad and said "Dad! Tal woke up!!" Bronson was so surprised and wasn't able to control his tears. He stopped the meeting in the middle and rushed out of the office to reach the hospital.

When Anthea came out she was so annoyed and asked "what is it Ruchi?why are you shouting?". "Mom look at Tal, she finally woke up!!" Ruchi said in an excited voice. Anthea looked at Tal, who was smiling weakly at them, while her eyes weren't fully open, as if her eyelids were heavy to even open them.

"Ruchi go and call the doctor" Anthea said.

"Okay mom" Ruchi rushed out and brought the doctor as fast as she can. When the doctor examined her, he asked few things and said that she was alright. But then Tal asked him "Doc What happened to me? As long as I remember I was studying in my university with a good health, then all of a sudden why did I join in a hospital?" Everyone were so surprised that they didn't answer anything when Tal was waiting for their reply.

"you were in an car accident when you were returning to home, so the trauma caused you selective Amnesia, which was why, you can't remember anything right now" The doctor explained.

"yeah baby but don't worry, now everything will be alright" Anthea said as she rubbed the hands of Tal. Tal felt something was fishy, but didn't question them further as she knew that they must have suffered hard when she was in coma.

Meanwhile Bronson came inside and hugged Tal while crying, Tal rubbed his back to control him. The doctor left the room to let them have their own private time and they started speaking so many things to Tal, that in the middle of their talks, Tal slept peacefully. They decided to not disturb her and went outside. When they were outside, Anthea explained about Tal's amnesia to Bronson and they decided to consult the doctor about it.

"It might be due to the emotional trauma she faced, that right now she forgot the whole situation and even the person behind it, but if the trauma reappears, it might be possible for her to remember everything" The doctor explained to them.

While it was hard for them to decide whether to be happy or sad about it, but seeing that Tal almost died because of this, they tried to hide this from her. They cleared the whole data about this issue and even shut the mouths of few people, eventually People started forgetting about it as if it was never even happened.
