New Powers

The day, he turned two years, he lost consciousness again. The exact moment he lost consciousness was in the middle of the party. The difference between this time he lost consciousness was that he was with everybody else this time. Every other time, it had happened, he was alone.

Henry got worried and called the best doctor in the city.

Doctor Anthony came and checked and assured Henry that it was all right. IT's just a normal fever. He prescribed medicines and said, " Give this him for 2 days straight and he will be alright".

After that, he left. Elise took care of Henry for 2 days. If one looked closely at her face, one would notice. she was sleep deprived.

Elle was also worried about Alex. Over the last two years, they had gotten close. She doted on her little brother.

Alex opened his eyes and was shocked to find that he was back in that white space again. He remembered the last time that he came here, the result was his death.

He started looking around him. There was nothing he could see. The white world seemed endless. He had no clue where was he, and how to get out. He started walking but it proved useless. He even tried shouting but got no response. After walking and shouting for some time, he laid down. He was extremely tired. He fell asleep. This process continued and Alex started to even lose the sense of the time.

After a long time, which seemed like an eternity, he reached in front of the gate. This gate was at least 1000 meter in height and 20 meters in width. He stood there staring in a daze at the gate. A few second ago, there was no gate.

The gate looked like it was made of some kind of alloy. The gate had no patterns on it. it was black. There was nothing special about the gate except its size. Alex moved towards the gate and touched it.

Nothing happened. Another long wait started. Alex would stand in front of the gate and sometimes touch it. One day, when he was touching the gate, it suddenly opened. Beyond the gate was another gate. Both gates were connected through a room.

There was nothing here except for a single drop of blood floating in the midair. The blood gave a very powerful feeling. The blood moved towards Alex and entered his body. After a blood droplet entered his body, it started to circulate in all veins in his body. Every vein was broken. It brought an unimaginable upon him. He wanted to faint but the pain would not allow that.

Alex possessed a divine body that was made with enough energy to enough for one to become a Celestial Emperor. His body possessed extremely high regeneration powers. The blood passed through veins and broke them and regeneration powers healed the veins. This cycle continued for fifteen minutes. AS he longer more pain, he passed out.

After Alex passed out, the walls started to move. The walls disappeared and a shelf of glass containers came in view. The containers contained many things. From blood droplets to human and magical beats body parts. There was a shelf that was labelled as the dragon. The dragons were divine existence. There was every part of the dragon body on the shelf.

The place Alex was lying, a formation appeared with Alex as the core. The formation started moving and every container and shelf was broken. Each blood droplet and even body parts of the human and magical beasts moved toward Alex. They started to assimilate with his body.

This brought a frown on Alex's forehead. It looked like that he would wake up anytime now. This process took longer than the first one. It was about 36 hours

As the process ended the room returned to normal. A cloaked figure appeared within the room, who looked at Alex and said, "It will take four to five years for all this power to assimilate in his body. We need to ten years more after that". The figure brought an egg and left it by Alex's side. This was a magical beast egg.

The figure disappeared as Alex was about to open his eyes. Alex was shocked to realise that he didn't die after that pain. When he was unconscious, there was new information in his mind. According to information, he had gained the ability of absorption.

This ability allowed him to absorb any sort of thing. it can range from dead magical beats to alive human's energy. There was another advantage tho that he will get the abilities of other people that he absorbed. He can utilise them easily as second nature.

There was a lot of other information that brought a headache. this caused him to open his eyes. He saw there was nobody else in the room except the egg at his side. He read many books last year to understand this world better. There were books on magical beasts and how to tame them.

According to the book, he had to drip his blood on the egg to establish the contract. He used his teeth to make a wound on his thumb but failed to do so. He added more power but there was only bite marks but not any blood.

He didn't what to do now. He placed his hands on the egg. As soon as his hand car contact with the egg, it started quivering. A white beam came out of the egg and entered Alex's Forehead.

This startled Alex but he was not able to do anything it. Instead of any pain, there was an influx of information. According to this information the beast inside the egg has submitted to him. This surprise was very pleasant for Alex.

Dragons are divine creatures and ruler of all magical beast. Alex was not used to his new powers and the dragon aura leaked unintentionally. This was the only reason it submitted to Alex.

Alex's thought went back to what happened when he entered the room. Alex thought that the blood drop belonged to a dragon. He wasn't able to understand much of anything that has happened to him in the last two years.

He had read many online novels. There were stories of people transmigration and getting a cheat skill. He would have never thought that this would have happened to him and he even got a cheat skill. Was he the main character of some fantasy novel?
