Six Years (Part 2)

Morning.

Alex woke up and looked outside the window and realised that the sun was about to rise. There were already many people awake. The youngsters woke up about this time and cultivated. After cultivating for a couple of hours, they would practice spear arts.

Alex was about to go to take a bath when the door opened with a boom Sound. Elle came in running and hugged Alex. She pinched his cheeks and a happy smiled formed at her lips.

Elle was already at the 6th stage of the Spirit formation realm. She had already joined the Royal Academy in the city. She was the most talented person in the academy. She was going to join the Royal Academy in the capital next year.

After a few minutes, she let go of Alex. She asked about how was he feeling and all. Alex told her that he was alright and was going to see the father. They started moving towards Henry and Elise's room. When they arrived, Henry was getting ready.

When they arrived, they greeted each other. Elise came out of the room and saw Alex and Elle, She asked, "how are you feeling, Alex?"

Alex replies, " I'm alright now".

Henry came and told Alex to be ready. He started lecturing him about the basics of cultivation. He gave a detailed explanation about Heavenly Energy.

Alex was behaving like that he was paying attention to what Henry said. He understood the logic of "Your friends have other friend's". If you tell your friend a secret, what are the chances that he/she will not tell his/her friends?

He was going to use the ability of absorption to grow strong. To hide that fact, he was going through all this. After thirty minutes, Henry stopped with his explanations. He told to Alex try meditating and absorb Heavenly energy.

Alex didn't follow his instructions from the heart instead sat in that position thinking about either thing. He knew that with his absorption ability, he can do it in seconds. He took full fifteen minutes to absorb the first strand of Heavenly Energy.

Alex didn't know that a normal person took a week to at last a month. A genius took full three days. Seeing Alex able to do it in fifteen minutes gave Henry the biggest shock of his life. Elise and Elle were no exception.

Seeing that, none of them said anything, he thought that has succeeded in his plan. He looked at them dejectedly and said nothing. He started to walk towards his room with the same look on his face.

Elise wanted to go and say something to Alex but Henry stopped her. Henry said, "let him think that way. This way he will work harder instead of being complacent".

The time started to flow and one year had passed.

Elle went to the capital and Henry went with her. He was going to come back after Elle arrived at the academy. Elle was sad that she was going to leave her family. Alex told her that she can come back anytime she wanted.

The years kept passing and it had been three years since Elle left. Alex was already six this year. He was 1 meter tall right now. His face looked like a refined jade.

Alex was sitting in a meditative position on his bed. He was holding a magical beast core which was quickly losing its lustre. The core quickly turned into dust. Alex sighed. He had used all the sources in the spatial ring. The only thing left in the spatial ring was empty shelves.

He now has to find new resources for his cultivation. He was thinking of going to the forest. The egg in his hand hasn't hatched yet. It was showing no sign either of hatching. Every time he absorbed something, half of the energy would be taken by this glutton.

He never showed his true cultivation to anybody. Everybody thought that he had just stepped in the Condensation Realm. He wasn't willing to show his true cultivation to anybody yet, but he knew with his current cultivation Elise would never allow him to go to the forest.

He was thinking of taking Justin with him. Henry knew Justin's true identity. If he went with him, then there would be no problem convincing Henry. He went out of the room and the guard saluted him. He asked to guard to call Justin over.

Justin came after a few minutes. He waved and dismissed other guards. He then pointed at Justin and said, " You are coming with me to the forest".
