He's total player

Henry just entered his childhood bedroom in the Wu family house when his phone rang. It's his personal phone so even if it's an unknown number, he picked it up.

"Hello brother-in-law!", he recognized the voice as Senna's.

"Are you a good swimmer?" She asked before he can even say hi to her.

"I can swim well enough in my opinion, why?"

"Can you come back to the house this afternoon? We're going to have a swimming competition and we will need a proper judge."

"Also, a lifeguard just in case." Jia chimed in for the first time.

Giving it a quick thought, Henry responded. "I would love to come but your sister might not like it."

He heard a big dramatic sigh from Senna, followed by, "Obviously she won't but that's why we're giving you a reason to come!"

Jia flippantly followed Senna's statement with, "Maybe he doesn't want to come so he's acting dumb."

"Okay, okay, don't eat my head off girls, I will come now. Thank you for this opportunity little misses." He tells the girls almost reverently as he tried to pacify them and he knew he succeeded when he heard them giggle.

"This will be fun, bye!" they tell him and hang up.

I guess they have found their new entertainment. girls are scary, Henry thought to himself.

As he reached the foyer of their house, he sees his mother by the door.

"Mom, I'm going out for a bit. I'm going swimming with the twins." He informed her.

"Great timing then. Come on, take the car with us. Hurry now, I don't want Maria to wait too long." Mrs Grace informed her son.

"Where are you women going now?"

"We're meeting the decorator and looking at the decoration options, fabrics, food, flowers and everything we might need for the wedding. Since it's such a short notice, it's better to go to the main shop than them coming here. That will take a long time."

"I'm here, I'm ready." He heard his grandmother say behind him, hurrying towards where they stood.

Henry decided not to say anything because he knows it's going to fall on deaf ears anyway. He just helped the two Wu women in to the car already parked by the door waiting for them.

He then had to listen to the joyous chatter of the ladies in the car, asking for some of his opinion which he is sure they will ignore if it's not the same as theirs. The ride seemed so short because he felt the car idle and then stop before he realized they are back at his house already.

Maria is waiting by the door so Henry stepped out of the car and helped Maria in to the car. His mother and grandmother exchanging pleasantries like they didn't see each other for months. He waited for their car to exit the gate followed by another car of their security before heading inside.

Due to what happened last night, Wang has tightened the security of his family as well and now they are working closely with John to make sure Lina's family is also protected properly. Henry does not want a repeat of what has happened last night.

As he entered the living room, the girls are on their phones and looked up on his approach. They are already in their swimming outfit. They are both exact same style of sports one piece swimsuit, only in different colors. It's so much harder to tell them apart when they're matching clothes like this and hair tied up very similarly.

"You need to wear proper swimming outfit if you're going to join us." Senna said immediately, looking him up and down.

"I didn't have any in the old house, I'll have to change here." He explained to the impatient girls.

"Okay, let's go." Jia guides the way to his room as if it's not his house.

"Why are you coming? I know where my room is." he asked the girls skipping towards his bedroom while he followed them.

"Nana is in there right now, we can't let you go in first. What if she's changing clothes?" Jia tells him, explaining like he's the kid.

They reached the door to his suite, Jia opened it slowly, peeking first and opened the door wide. Lina is still sleeping in the sofa.

"I think she must be tired. Let's go swim, just the three of us." Henry tells the twins as Lina sleeps on, still looked tired. Being drugged the night before and woken up like that this morning, it must be taking a toll on her body.

"No, we need to wake her up anyway, so she can still sleep in the evening. She can decide if she wants to swim." Senna said as she moved closer to the sofa to wake up her sister.

"Don't, I will wake her when I'm done changing. I think you girls showing up this morning like that is enough scare for her this week." Henry teased them, trying to buy some more time to rest for Lina.

"Okay, you do it then, but she doesn't sleep lightly so shake her to wake her up." Senna agreed and went downstairs with Jia.

Henry went straight to the walk-in closet and changed into blue swim trunks. He then went back to the lady sleeping peacefully in the sofa to wake her up.

"Lina, wake up. Lina. Lina." he whispers, going louder with each word.

"Wake up." he taps on her shoulder and shakes her lightly as the girls suggested.

She cutely wriggled her nose and raised her arms, groaning softly, and turned to her back. Accidentally hitting her bruised side on the back of the sofa.

"Ouch!" she sits up quickly, holding her hips.

"Why? What's wrong, are you okay?" Henry worriedly asked, not sure what just happened.

"Yeah. I just slipped earlier and hit the floor so I hurt my hip a little bit. Why are you here?" she asked Henry, still groggy from sleep. She looks at him and noticed that he's not wearing a shirt. His whole upper body right in front of her, she had a quick glimpse of his chest and abs.

"Aaack! Why are you naked?" She screamed as she covered her eyes, scared to see something she shouldn't see.

Henry chuckles and rubs her head, messing her hair slightly. "You can look, I'm not naked. I'm wearing swim shorts. The girls said you're going to have a swimming competition so I came to judge and be the lifeguard."

"Ahhh. Alright then. " Lina awkwardly said, still trying hard to avoid looking at his chest or any parts of him for that matter.

Henry is enjoying her obvious discomfort and teased her some more, "Why is your face so red? Did you catch a fever?" He asked exaggeratedly.

Lina slapped his hands away from her face as he tried to touch it and stood up quickly, wincing a little bit.

"Get out, I'm going to get changed." She informed him testily, slightly pissed.

"Oh are you disappointed I'm still wearing shorts?" Henry teased her more.

Lina threw the pillows from the sofa at him which made him laugh harder.

"Okay, okay, I'm going. Be careful, don't slip again. I'll head to the pool first, don't miss me too much." he winked and walked out

"He's a total player, this guy." she mutters to herself.
