Murderer Gone Soft?

"Ms. Burton, can you tell us what you saw on the night Chen was murdered?" Freya asked facing Serena.

"Yes. It was night time when I went behind the diner I work at, I had to dump some garbage in the bin there. But I heard strange choking noises and when I followed the sounds to see what was going on, I saw a very scary scene. Caden Hill was strangling Chen Lee with a rope as you saw in the video. I quickly brought out my phone and recorded it."

"What made you record the scene, Ms. Burton?" Weston Blake questioned as he stood up from his prosecutor's desk across from Freya.

"I thought that I can bring justice to Mr. Lee by recording it and showing it to Ms. Jacob." Serena answered and Weston sat back down.

"That will be all, Your Honor." Freya said and Judge Adam looked at the bailiff standing beside the gallery.
