"Leave them with Rose's parents first. You need to get yourself sorted out first." Freya answered as she looked at him with sympathy in her eyes.

"Yes, I do. I don't know what I would have done without you, Freya." Aiden said as he gave her a small, sad smile.

"It is fine, Aiden. Rose is my friend too. We need to be strong for each other and the twins." She said as she smiled back.

"Yes, for the twins especially." He repeated with a nod.
