"Hey Baldemar, I brought some people here who want to talk to you." Ryan yelled into the shop while the people standing there looked at him.

"Who is it? I'm currently busy right now." Baldemar said without looking.

"Well you're going to want to look. They are here to help take care of the wolves." Ryan mentioned.

"Gah fine. . ." He grumbled.

It took him a moment to turn around because he was working on a sword. After he turned around we could finally see what he looked like. He was a Dwarf! His build was very stocky with quite a bit of muscle on him. His beard ran all the way down to his knees, and he also had black soot on his hands and face.

"So you are the guys he mentioned? Not too impressive. . ." He mentioned.

"Hahaha. . . I see that you have jokes! We came here to take care of the wolf problem you all have currently. We came here to find out how bad this place is doing, how many wolves there were, where the Wolf King is, and to find out more about the Druid that started all of this." I told him.

"Hahaha. . . Now it is my turn to laugh. . ." Baldemar laughed.

I just stood there looking at him.

"Fine, I'll tell you what I know. Which isn't much sadly. From what I know about the wolves is there are about 100 of them, which is a lot for a little town like this to handle. The Wolf King, no one knows where it is, the last time anyone saw it was when the Druid showed up. Now the Druid, I honestly have no idea about him. That is really it, sadly I've been stuck here repairing everyone's gear this entire time. Now that I have taken the time out of repairing this person's gear, I would like to get back to it." He told us.

"Alright, thank you for the info! Hopefully soon, we will take care of the wolves for you guys!" I yelled at him while he was walking back to his forge.

All he did was wave at me, and went back to work.

"Well he seems nice. . ." I mentioned.

"You gotta remember, we have been at war with these wolves for over a week now, and he has seen many of his friends die. Well I'm heading out of here, I'm going back to the front area." Ryan said to me while walking away.

"I guess that is true. Well now what? Do we take a rest for today, or do we start heading out and killing the wolves?" I asked Arialle and Titus.

"Well, I was going to head back out, and look for more people to rescue." Titus told me.

"Alright man, I will talk to you later then. I didn't know if you wanted to have fun killing these guys or not." I told him.

"Well I mean, I wouldn't mind killing them, but I figured you already had enough people and companions to kill everything." He told me.

"Well, it is up to you bud. I'm not going to force you to stay." I said to him.

"Give me a little bit, and I'll let you know if I'll be staying with you or not." He commented.

"Alright, you wanna go grab something to eat before we get going?" I asked Arialle.

"Uh. . . Sure, that works for me, it will also give some time for Titus to figure out what he wants to do." She told me.

"That work for you Titus?" I asked him.

"Yes it does! I will talk to you two in a little bit then!" He exclaimed.

After Titus said that, he jogged off towards the front gate. Arialle and I watched him go while shaking our heads.

"He is definitely different." Arialle commented.

"Indeed he is. Alright, enough watching him leave, let's go grab us something to eat. I saw a cook earlier." I mentioned to her.

"I will follow you then." She commented.

'You two follow me.'

{{Will do mate.}} Onyx said.

{{I will follow, but I'm pretty worn out already from the battle earlier.}} Orion mentioned to me.

"Hey Arialle, Orion is pretty tired. I might have him rest for a little bit afterwards, so if you want we can explore the inside of this town for a little bit." I told her.

"Hmm. . . Maybe, there might be something I want to look at." She told me.

"Alright, let's go!" I told her.

"Grumble. . ." My stomach started making a noise.

"Hahaha!" Arialle busted up laughing at me.

". . ." I just stared at her.

"What. . . Hahaha" She said while still laughing.

"Nothing, let's just go. . ." I grumbled.

We started walking back towards the way we came from, we walked past a couple of craftsmen that I didn't notice earlier. There was a tailor, leatherworker, skinner, jewelcrafter, and a couple of others.

'Hmm. . . I wonder if I should stop by the leatherworker and skinner. Maybe pick up some work here. I guess I can do that after I eat something.'

{{If you are doing that, then I'm falling asleep at the leatherworker's area.}} Orion commented.

{{I'm just going to stay next to you Arthrall}} Onyx said.

'Crap. . . I forgot you guys can hear my thoughts. . .'

{{Yep. . .}} They both said.

{Zoe!! I need to think of stuff without anyone hearing me. . .}

[Hahaha. . . It has to suck having companions being able to hear your thoughts.]

{It does! I have no privacy. . .}

[Well, unfortunately for you, you will never have privacy anymore. I just chose not to say anything.]

{. . .}

[Hahaha.]

We kept walking while I was talking to them in my head, and we found the cook from earlier. We ordered some food, and it was just some soup with a loaf of bread each. I took out the fish we had bought from the town earlier. I gave the fish to Orion and Onyx, then Arialle and I ate our food slowly. It had taken us a little bit longer than normal to eat our food. Once we were done, I took the soup bowls back to the cook, because it looked like he needed them pretty badly. Arialle was the one to pay him for the food instead of me.

"Hey thanks for paying for the food." I mentioned to her.

"No problem, it is the least I can do since you have to pay for the food for Orion and Onyx." She commented.

"Indeed. . . They eat so freaking much. . ." I told her.

{{Hey we can't help it, we are always hungry. . .}} Orion commented to that.

{{Indeed!}} Onyx exclaimed.

"Oh hush you two. . ." I commented.

"Hahaha. . . I take it they didn't like your comment?" She asked me.

"No they didn't. . ." I grumbled.

"So I would like to head over to the leatherworker's spot, and take a look at her gear that she has for sale." Arialle told me.

"I would also like to head over there, but for a different reason. I want to pick up a couple of quests for leatherworking." I mentioned to her.

"Alright, then you ready?" She asked me.

"Yeah I'm ready, let's go." I told her.

We left the cook's area, and headed back over towards where we saw the leatherworker's spot. The lady was busy stitching what looks like part of a leather vest together.

"Hi there miss, I have a question for you!" I said to her.

"Why hello there, the name's Victoria, but you can call me Vic." Vic told us.

"Hi there Vic!" Arialle commented.

"Hi Vic! It is nice to meet you." I told her.

"So what can I do for the both of you?" She asked us.

"Go ahead Arialle, you can ask first." I told Arialle.

"Thank you! I was wondering if you had any gear for sale that fits a Assassination Rogue?" She asked her.

"Hmm. . . I might. Let me go look around." She commented.

She went looking around the racks, and piles of armor she had sitting around her. She picked up a few pieces, but then shook her head and set them back down. She then walked back over to us.

"Sadly, the only pieces I have are not the greatest, and from just looking at you, you out level it by quite a bit." She told Arialle.

"Oh it is ok, thank you for looking Vic!" Arialle told her.

"No problem hun! I just wish I could have helped you with that. Now what is it you would like to ask me there sir." Vic then asked me.

"Just call me Arthrall! My question for you is, do you need some help? I'm an Apprentice Leatherworker, so I can do some stuff. Not a lot, but some." I asked her.

"Oh you are huh? Well sadly I don't need any help right now due to there not being so many people here, but I could use some more leather. Do you happen to have any leather on you?" She asked me.

"Technically we do, but it is for another quest that we are currently doing. If you want, we can kill about 40 wolves for you, and bring the leather directly to you." I told her.

The look on her face was of complete surprise.

"40!!!!! You can't possibly be going after that many wolves can you?" She exclaimed.

"Actually we will be going after all of them, plus the King of them." I told her.

"Holy shit. . ." She commented softly.

"So do you want that many?" I asked her.

"Uh. . . Sure, I could definitely use that much! Let's head over to Baldemar, and have him set up a temporary quest for ya." She said.

"He can do that?" I asked her.

"Kind of, he didn't exactly become the person who gives out quest, but he is the only one left of the actual Adventurer's Guild from this small town." She commented.

"Oh, I would never have guessed." I mentioned.

So we walked back over to Baldemar's area, where he was currently working on a different piece of gear.

"Hey Baldemar, I need you to set up a temporary quest for me!" Vic yelled.

"Why?" Baldemar commented without looking at us.

"I've got some adventurer's willing to grab me more leather. I'm needing more for the stuff I'm making right now!" She told him.

"Alright, give me a moment here!" He yelled.

He kept beating on the piece of metal he had in his forge, until it was flat. He then set it in a barrel of water next to him, after a few minutes he took it out and inspected it. He then set it back on the anvil, and turned towards us. Once he turned, and looked at us, he had a slight surprised look on his face.

"What are you two doing back here?" He asked.

"Well, we are here to take this temporary quest she is handing out to us." I commented.

"Oh, so you are the ones she wants to give the quest out too. Alright, hand me your rings or necklace." He commented.

So we handed him both of our rings.

"What do you want on this quest Vic?" He asked her.

"I would like for them to bring me 40 pieces of leather from any animal out there. I will be giving them 10 silver per leather they manage to get me, and I will be giving them both 1000 experience points for doing it." She told him.

"Alright, give me a quick moment here." He told us.

So we waited for a little bit longer than when we did with Faylin. I have a feeling it was because he doesn't do this normally, just he doesn't really have much of a choice right now.

"Alright, I'm done with them. I'm sorry it took me so long, I don't normally do this." He told us as he was handing us back our rings.

"It is all good! We understand!" Arialle told him.

"Yes, thank you for doing it for us!" I said to him.

"No problem, just make sure you guys survive this." He told us, then went back to his forge.

"Well, I'm heading back to my shop. Just bring the leather's back to me when you get them." Vic commented to us, and then left us.

"Well, you about ready to head out? We could wait a little bit longer for Titus if need be." I asked Arialle.

"Yeah let's wait for him, so if he doesn't show then we can head on out." She told me.

"Alright!" I commented.

{Zoe, I'm going to view my quest, then later today I have an important question for you.}
