It's Not That Simple

Lan Loufeng saw she was sitting on the horse wearing a military uniform with medals, this making her confused because she remembered that she's only standing on the stage facing the greedy bastards. She decided to check out her surroundings, that made her more shocked because her hated people are in the middle of clearing land, tied on the wooden poles and seems struggling their best to get out of it.

Ling Suren and the three Military Representatives blinked their eyes and found out that their hands are tied around the wooden poles. They still confused but sneered because they can break the ropes even the wooden poles easy as peas, but the longer they struggle, their eyes gets wider and wider because they found out that they don't have enough strength that should be with them all the time.

As they struggled, they found Lan Loufeng on the front sitting on the white horse wearing the ancient military uniform from the ancient planet Earth. And they can feel the fear crawling at their bones after seeing the real picture.

Lan Loufeng was at the back of Sharpshooter Battalion that pointing their guns at them.

"Get us out from here!" Ling Suren shouted while panicking. He remembered the first time he was stabbed at his chest then suddenly got a headache and shouted. "What the fuck is this!? Everything is real! I now remembering the pain caused by the stabbed earlier! Arrrggg!! No. No! NO! Get me out of here. Get me out of here! GET ME OUT OF HERE, LAN LOUFENG, YOU FUCKING BITCH!" While struggling more and more. He didn't care anymore about his wrist. "Aaarrrrggg!" He pulled harder and harder. His face contorted to unknown face that not similar to a human face anymore. He thrash widely as he didn't want to experience being killed again.

The Military Representative is panicking after seeing Ling Suren like that, but he is much more calmer than Ling Suren. "Mrs. Ling Xiao, we know that we step out of the line, but I'm still a representative of Military. If I die here, they will first suspect you, even though you have a military position, we all know that, it is only a title and without a real power inside of military."

Lan Loufeng after hearing this, sneer. "Mr. Military Representative, I just want you to know, that even me, doesn't know what's happening. In the first place, I even don't know where we are. I'm just glad to know that this gentle riflemen are pointing their guns at your faces."

The Military Representatives faces turned darker and gloomier by this realization. "Someone is protecting you without our knowledge... Shit! A domain master!"

"See? I told you it's not up to me if you want to get out from there and be safe, it's up to that person. And for your information, I don't know him/her at all." She said playfully, shrugged her shoulder and smiled brightly.

"Sir! Can you let us out please? I won't beg you as the representative of military, but as a citizen of the nation. So. please be kind and let us free? Just the three of us, we don't care about this old fool! Please!" He shouted everywhere as he don't know where the master is.

A slow but surely loud step of the horse is coming. They saw the riflemen step on the side and give a way at the back for someone who is coming. It didn't took a long time for them to see the person, no, two people coming while riding another horses. A teenager girl with military uniform and medals, and a early-thirty year old man with the same said uniform, fixing the military hat with it's rank badge showing.

One of the representatives, blurted out. "I think I saw that badge somewhere..."

The head of representatives was impatient as he saw the clue for the said domain master. "Tell us now!"

"Wait! I'm rocking my brain to squeeze out that knowledge!" He said speedily as he closed his eyes tightly and sometimes will fling his head to left or right. "Arggg! Where, where is it!?"

While they're busy down there. Lan Loufeng saw the faces of the teenager girl at her left side and the man with stature of a great man at her right side that stop a bit and smiled at her and continue moving forward. She went to look at the girl again, seeing her smiling brightly and warmly at her. She's so confused for what is happening now. But she heard her whisper that made her stunned and cry ceaselessly, while staring at the back of this two people.

"I remember now! That's the ancient badge of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Force from the date of 19th Century from the ancient planet Earth! I read a lot of things related to the ancient planet Earth, because that's where we came from, humans! But... But why that thing is here!"

Multiple gunshots was heard at the same time and the person who blurted the fact became beehive from head to toe.

"You should tried more harder to struggle to make yourself free. Why don't you check out that person." He said at the representative and pointed at the Ling Suren.

All of them turn to see Ling Suren still struggling but one of his arm is free but good as severed one. It was swinging like a hanging broken bridge indicating to be one. He is still trying to pull harder, using all his strength to be free.

"So, what's your choice?" Gen. Luna asked.

The another one of the representative subconsciously shouted. "Where's the choices!?" But a second after shouting he realized, that was a bad move.

"Fuego!"

Another synchronized firing of guns was heard, and another person became a beehive plus bleeding ceaselessly like the first one.

"What's your choice?" Gen. Luna asked again.

*Snap

But they heard a loud snap and saw Ling Suren got freed from the pole.

"Hahaha! I'm free, I'm free, I'M FREE! MOTHERFUCKERS!" Without further ado. He run away without knowing where he will go. 'As long as I can get away from this place. I can live!'

The only one representative left, sighs heavily and muttered. "Fucking mentally retarded, why the fuck I believed from his blubbers in the first place and now, I'm this shit." He then ignore the man that already a deadman in his eyes and turn to face Gen. Luna. "Please kill me in the fastest way without pain, sir. And I'm sorry for us, being a mentally handicapped and step out of the line, Mrs. Ling Xiao. I just want you to give me my last request of painless death." And he straighten up his body and closed his eyes, waiting for his death.

Gen. Luna stared at this man and said. "Cannons! Aim... at the running person... Ready! Fuego!"

Consecutively shot from the cannons covered the ground, and a second later they heard the first hit.

After the bombardment ceased, and the fog of dirt stabilized again. They can see literally the mangled limbs, ruptured parts of the body and a head that has been replaced by cannon ball that connected to the body of Ling Suren.

"Cannons! Aim..." The representative suddenly opened his eyes and look at where was Ling Suren but was shocked after seeing the place where he died was so clean and Ling Suren is not there.

He wildly looked for Ling Suren and found him at the opposite side of where he ran first.

This time, he saw something that he won't forget from the rest of life. Mirrors that showing every possibilities of how Ling Suren died from the cannons, guns, grenades, swords, spear, etc. any kind of weapon that can be used in the time of 19th Century. He pissed at himself after turning to look at his back to see the expanded land of mirrors, endlessly. He saw some of them showing of how Ling Suren died brutally and tragically, and can't forget or put it out of his mind.

Ling Lan cannot take it more and went down from the horse and puke her guts out, even Lan Loufeng join her.

"What's your choice?" Then the representative heard Gen. Luna asked again for the third time. This time, he breathe in and breathe out to calm himself to think again... Long silence, nope, only muffled sound from the mirrors can be heard for a long time.

"Sir, please permit me to correct my actions earlier if you let us live except from Ling Suren." He bowed with sincerity.

Luna said and pull something from his pocket, while doing that, the two representative that died earlier, came back alive without the wounds but still tied up and can feel the pain from the gunshots. While still confused, they were penetrated by silver needles on their foreheads and the knowledge of Oath of Existence was passed to them.

"You can take the Oath here and I'll leave you to live."

As the three people gonna start to Oath, they heard him again saying. "Be smart this time, or you won't have the time regret it later."

"Yes, sir." And they took the Oath of Existence seriously. After they finished reciting the Oath, the Rope of Existence of the three appeared. But since they only Oathed that the moment they told about this to anyone, the Oath will be trigger. So the moment the Universal Hands appeared, it only caress the ropes and disappear, as if saying. 'Be careful, if not, I'll have your meats to harvest.' The three representative, sweating profusely. This is the first time they felt that they're just an ant in front of supreme beings.

But only Gen. Luna noticed that the soldiers are shivering, muscles tensed under the pressure too. Even though he knows that they didn't have consciousness.

They didn't know when, but they surely saw that everything turned back from the start.

Under the pretense and false leading the Military Representatives for abandoning the family of Major General Ling Xiao under the protection of the Federation's Laws and attempting to rob them of Military Premium Benefits from the legal heir of Major General Ling Xiao. You are under arrest!" Without giving them time to response. The two representatives went side to side towards Ling Suren who's still out of place and mentally broken and pull him out of the hall.

"Under the eyes of me, Military Representative, I vouched for Mrs. Ling Xiao and Ling Family Elder Ling Suren's agreements are true and that the Ling Family is needed to get out of this planet Doha within 24 hours. If not, any person who will be seen staying here in planet Doha will be arrested!"

This move made the Ling Family members run outside to pack there things.

As he finished that he bow sincerely but didn't dare to move while his sweats dripping from his forehead. 'Please let me go now, Mrs ling Xiao! Lan Loufeng didn't correct him from stating the 24 hours limit but she let it go and didn let him stay like that for a long time and gave him a go signal.

He saw the signal and can't wait anymore for getting away from this place. He run away like a cheetah.

Lan Loufeng sighed in relief and turn back to face this two lovable twins, 'If they're still lovable now, after knowing this.' She went towards them and scooped up them and started to walk upstairs and said with a warning but softly at their ears. "You have a lot of explanations to do, little devils."
