The Grass Filled Mizu

Yune and Eli transformed into their Light Guardian forms and began to jump around the city looking for them. They continued to yell out Mizu's name, but they couldn't find her. The night was dark and the moon shined above. They split up to cover more ground. If one found the other, then they would call.

Yune and Eli couldn't care less about what they argued about. Both of them were just worried whether Mizu was safe. Even if their fears were unwarranted, they still felt a trembling feeling in their gut.

The two girls met up near the park.

"You haven't found her?" Yune asked panting.

"No. We need to keep looking," Eli replied panting just as much.

"Right. She couldn't get too far."

Then, the two of them began to sense a Night Demon.

"We don't have time to fight. We have to find Mizu." Yune suggested and Eli nodded in full agreement. They weren't concerned with fighting the creatures. They kept looking around. Neither of them expected Mizu to fight a Night Demon alone. When they circled back and sensed that the creature was gone, they wondered whether Mizu was there.

They immediately searched the park thoroughly. That is when they came upon Mizu. Or her body in plain view. The moonlight lit up the area without any cloud blood it.

Eli began to shake Mizu heavily.

"Mizu! Mizu! Wake up! Mizu!!!" Eli yelled.

Yune covered her mouth and tried not to cry, but neither of them could hold back the tears.

Some lights Her body wasn't very cold. She had just recently died. But they were too late to do anything.

Yune tried to take her mind off of it and analyzed the scene.

"There was a battle here. She's in her guardian form. A black coin on the grass. A wound which looked like a jagged blade. But it has been cauterized. Barely any blood from that. Large footprints walking away," Yune said coldly.

"How can you think about that right now!?" Eli yelled until she saw Yune.

Yune's whole body shook. She collapsed to her knees and scratched her head until it bled. Yune took it just as hard as Eli. Perhaps even harder. Yune began to blame herself. If they hadn't argued, then Mizu wouldn't have run away.

"Mizu... Mizu..." Yune muttered quietly. And then with one cry, "MIZU!!!"

Yune fell by Mizu's body and cried. A cry that made even the stars weep. The tears that would overflow oceans. The sound pierced the heavens and universe itself.

Eli and Yune stayed by Mizu through the whole cold night.

Rest in peace, Mizuchi Yang.
