So for the first day of camp the leaders (basically the adults of camp) would quickly introduce themselves and then run into the woods. The goal is after a while the campers would try to find the leaders yell their name correctly then take them to the camp cafeteria so they may get a point for their cabin. Cabin with the most points for the day would get the golden plunger. Literally a gold spray painted plunger. So with us being LITs we made sure no kid fell off a mountain, or fell into stinging nettle, mustard leaves, or poison ivy. I had been to this camp once as a camper so I immediately spotted the one leader in the tree. I kept walking. Then after a while of walking I saw a big patch of grass move... really confused, I walked towards it. One of the leaders was hiding in a grass suit in a grass field behind the cabins. The leader and me made eye contact and nodded our heads. They stayed down and I kept walking. After a while a bell was rung to signal the end of the game. As everyone went to the cafeteria I realized no one caught the grass suit leader. Welp. Good game.
