Broken Hearted

"Xilo...I...I..."

Looking up at the man she loved she tried to slap some sense into herself as she finally properly looked at Xilo for the first time since seeing him or even for the first time since that night. "Still just as handsome as I remember..." From his vicious smirk to his sharp nose and eyes that could capture her soul in their grasp for all of time, He was definitely still the man she loved but something seemed different this time around. "He does seem angry with me but he seems lonely...wait." Now that she was starting to think about it she hadn't seen Xelfia yet and they usually didn't leave each other's side unless they had to. "That used to annoy me so much." Now though that made her worried as she stared at the pain etched into his face with each step he took.

"You what?"

Spitting that out he stared at the same scared girl that would plot things behind his back while he got closer to her. He really didn't care to know what excuses she had or the things she had to say to him, all he had to know was that she betrayed him. "We really are different now and yet It seems you've had a change for the worse." Thinking that she stared at Xilo as she felt her heart ache. "or maybe he just hates me this much and I'm just trying to convince myself otherwise?" She didn't really know but she had to find out somehow. Standing above her, he plunged his dagger into her leg or he would have if not for Felli off to the side stopping him with her Astral Energy alone.

"Don't Ignore me, what do you think you're doing to her?"

"None of your business."

Struggling to break free he set his sights on the girl who was currently trying to stop him. "Don't get in my way." Snapping out of her binding he attacked her with a wave of ice that ran up the ground until it reached the ceiling but even that near instant attack was too slow for her. "Not bad..." Looking at the speed and strength of his ice she muttered that under her breath before she vanished and reappeared a few feet away but made sure to hold back a bit to make it seem like she was just too fast. "I'd like to keep that hidden after all." If people knew what she could the whole world would be after her and without the protection of her mother at the moment she would be screwed several times over. "People are greedy." Softly landing she brushed some of the hair out of her face as she once again locked Xilo down from attacking Rose.

"That's one bad obsession." She could feel the hate oozing out of his body everytime he looked at her but that wasn't normal or irrational hate, It had a lot of raw emotion behind it which confused her. "What did Rose do to him? or what's made him so upset?" She knew they knew each other but to have this much hate for someone wasn't a normal thing unless it was deeply rooted and that's what confused her. Rose seemed like such a nice girl and she usually wasn't wrong about stuff like that. "Well there was that one time..." But that was a long time ago, she had grown now and got better. "He breaks out of it fast too if I can't use all my strength." Unfortunately she was somewhat limited in this situation or she could have already helped Rose a long time ago.

Meanwhile after getting blocked by a Wall of ice Lexi sighed as she lost sight of the show and turned around to look at the corpses on the ground. "I don't think I can break that ice easily and going in there directly isn't smart either." If another shows up or she got involved in that fight she could lose some of her strength for absolutely no reason and that wasn't good. "I need all of it I can get." So she decided to take a look at the corpses behind her as she kept watch in case someone came while the other girls searched the nearby areas.

"oh? what's this."

Spotting something shining in the corner of the eye she looked down at the leader of the group's corpse and saw a small keychain. "These are those Wolf whatever's if I remember right but they shouldn't be carrying things like this on them, so I guess he found it while searching here, hmm might be useful." Looking at all the keys on the chain she counted them all up as she remembered some of the information about the people that had come here today from her family.

"Wolf Weavers, Draco Day and I think the last one is Alei Alieths. Should be the big ones that came this time..."

Counting up to twenty or so different keys she tried to recall their information while she listened to the sounds of fighting in the room. "This might come in handy later." Feeling that same pressure wrap around his body again Xilo struggled to break free while Rose continued to do nothing but sit there slightly weak in the knees but he didn't care. "Rose, get up, run!" Felli was doing this all for her but the poor girl wouldn't even move an inch. "Does she want to die?" Eventually she wouldn't be able to keep holding him back. "Only if I could go all out." Sighing she heard some words that shocked her.

"Felli, it's okay....let him go."

"What!?"

Nearly shouting that out she looked at Rose like she was crazy. If she did that he would only kill her instantly without a chance of fighting back at this rate.

"Just let him go, It's alright."

".....Fine."

Hearing how serious she sounded she decided to stop interfering and let go of Xilo as her Space Energy collapsed around him. Instantly XIlo rushed forward and stabbed his dagger directly into Rose. "I knew it." Wincing she couldn't even watch as it happened.

"Xilo..."
