Distance Closes

Entering the halls of the castle Althea briefly looked around as she saw some other people running around still as a question that always bugged her when she was younger showed up again. "How does someone nicknamed the undying king even die and why did that name always seem to make my father angry?" Seeing cases of emotions from her father was quite a rare sight but that one day she asked about the place she saw raw anger from him but he never explained why nor did she ask. That anger scared her at the time keeping her from pushing it as she stayed quiet and listened instead.

"A rare moment indeed but it doesn't serve any use now however maybe this place could give me some more information about it at the very least."

She was eager to find any kind of weakness she could abuse to help against her father. It never hurt to have extra tools and information that could come in handy in the future. "I'm sure there's a library or some kind of record I could find here of him if I look hard enough but first Xilo." Ignoring the stares from the people she passed she pushed further into the castle crushing any Astral Beast that decided to show itself in front of her.

"Spirit types, fitting."

Walking over a pile of metal she reached the first courtyard along with her two scouts as she felt Xilo's energy growing closer. "Seems to have gone downstairs." Following it into the basement area she followed it's path while another followed hers. Slashing another Warrior's weak point Tearia crushed it's legs as she left the rest of it up to Felli while she moved forward. "ten or so now." Counting each one she took out she made sure her arm was alright as she moved forward. It was a struggle to fight only using one arm however she was making do with what she had at least and even succeeding.

"Only thanks to Felli."

If she didn't hold down each enemy things would be a lot more difficult than they were already. Thankfully she wasn't alone in doing this and besides she had someone to impress still. "Opps." Almost getting hit by a stray sword Tearia jumped to the side as she stabbed a Skeleton with her lightning. Focusing again she eyed the hundreds of lifeless green eyes that stared back at her along with the pale black armour that covered most of their bodies. Looking for their pale white skin that shined through the cracks of their armour she had to plan ahead if she wanted to make it through all of them.

"Leg's, Arms, chest, head. I need to ignore the ones in the arm area. I won't take them down fast enough with it there."

If she wanted to take them down the other areas were the places she needed to focus. She didn't need to take down every single one she only needed to make it that skeleton. "What does Xilo even want from this one." Watching one of the skeletons with their chest exposed get close to her, she lunged forward as she punched it's stomach. Feeling it's bones turn to dust around her hand she bashed it's skull and forced it to fall as she removed her hand before moving on to the next target. "Tough armour." Getting a better feel for the armour's strength she aimed for the next one's head with a spark of lightning.

Watching it's eyes flicker on and off for a couple seconds it fell to the ground with another bonk on it's head as she kicked another one in it's legs thanks to being unable to use her right arm in this situation. Thankfully her kick was enough to trip it up and force it to collapse as a wave of gravity came over it smashing into the ground as she stomped on its other leg after dealing with the first Warrior.

"Thanks."

"No problem"

Watching Tearia struggle for a second Felli knew she needed some help as she expanded her gravity to lend some help where she could. "She's making progress at least." Knowing the condition of her arm Felli praised her in her head as she watched over her. Hopefully all she would have to do this time around would be making sure nothing attacked her again after beating it and giving some help her and there. She wasn't positive she could help with much else given the current situation. A small part of her was still even keeping an eye on Xilo just in case even though he didn't ask for that. She was simply just that worried, one mistake in this situation could mean the end for all of them even her.

"He knows how to get out of here so without him we're all stuck."

In a brief test she had already tried to teleport herself out of this area but the energy that surrounded this place kept her Astral Energy from even attempting to escape the barrier leaving that option completely useless. "This damn place." Watching each of the other peoples movements Xilo made sure Tearia was alright when he could while he tried to gain back some stamina. Ever since the horde of Warriors had reappeared those people hadn't made a single move to even help and that worried him. "What are they planning?" Whether they were just regaining their energy as well or up to something else Xilo had zero idea.

"Let's just hope they're resting."

However from the few glances back and forth that he saw between them he really doubted that was the case. They were up to something he just didn't know what. Meanwhile Zilan's group was catching their breath after watching all the Undead Warriors finally leave their side of the field. They had put up quite a fight dealing with all of those things at once but they had managed to do it in the end thankfully.

"Alright What's next?"

Wiping some sweat off his face Zilan heard Marie's question as he stopped what he was doing to answer her.
