A Visit To The Past

Xilo's small group continued to help out different towns on their little journey while Felli was experiencing some problems of her own. Ever since she made her deal with Althea she had been running around trying to get information on Zelfin. Since he was currently resting right now she went with the second plan she had in mind. "Collect outside information." Though she had little faith it would do anything. There was no way her mother hadn't done a background search on him already. So she doubted she would find any information worth it but giving it a try wouldn't hurt.

"they should be back very soon."

Relaxing in her room she finally felt rested after all those days of no sleep. After so much time spent on the edge of sleep she had spent a couple days sleeping. She still couldn't quite digest the information in her book she had just yet. It was going to be a long and annoying time before all that would start making sense to her. "Take it slow..." Doing her best to still her emotions she heard a knock on the door that jolted her out of concentration. Looking over, she heard the sound of something being dropped off as she got up to get it.

Opening up the door she saw a small box on the ground full of papers, bending over she picked it up as she looked through it quickly.

"Here it is, let's see what you have to hide, Zelfin."

In this box was all the information her spies could get on Zelfin. Taking it back to her bed she sat down on it as she read through the first paper. "A missing person flier." On it was a small picture of Zelfin's face asking if anyone had seen him. "This dates back to a while ago." It was almost a year old now since someone had put this up. Reading through the rest of it she saw his hometown and old clan name under it. Along with a way to get a hold of the leader if he was ever found. "Been a very long time since I saw a missing person flier." When most Clans lost a person they just never cared and assumed they were dead or somewhere else after a small amount of looking. The only time big things like this happened was when they were an important member of their Clan or if they were like a close family type ofClan.

"So you ran away from home eh?"

Putting that down she moved on to the next piece of paper that was in the box. After reading through that one, she moved on to the next one until she had finished everything there. "Let's see..." Sorting out all the information in her head like a list she tried to seperate the useful from the useless. Once that was done she put everything back as she set the box down. "Zelfin..." Going over the information she considered useful she sighed. She didn't have too much to go on, at least not enough to know what she wanted.

"A slightly above average Talent, praised by his Clan for his skills, that eventually ran off one day. Around twenty years old with no big accomplishments to his name. However ever since he ran away his growth has now massively improved along with gaining a new "master" of his own. Now he stays with us and is our biggest threat...lovely. I feel like this is just a wild chase."

Sighing she leaned against her bed as thoughts flowed in her head. With Zelfin still using the excuse that he was resting and her spies gathering all the information she could, she didn't have much choices left. "The Fiery Clan was it?" Thinking of Zelfin's old Clan a thought came into her mind. "Why don't i personally pay them a visit." With no other options left for her to choose from this was probably her best bet if not a little direct. From what she read about the Fiery Clan from her notes, they were quite a strange Clan that was more recently formed but climbing in strength.

"Quite a few rumours also float around that town a lot...Let's go find out what they're hiding."

It was a good way to waste some time and if she was lucky she could figure some stuff out. If not when she returned she would bust Zelfin's door down if she had to. She didn't have enough patience for that man, especially with his hidden obsession with Xilo. Taking out a small crystal she clutched it in her hand as she broke it. She thought about telling her mother beforehand but she didn't want to play a game of questions with her right now. It was best she just silently left and returned soon. With her Grandfather's Crystals around they could teleport to places very easily.

Feeling the world shift around her she passed through a small tunnel before reappearing in a field. "Close enough." Without carefully set up areas, teleporting to exact places was hard. Due to many variables most of the time whenever she teleported through space she would end up a couple hours away. If she was unlucky it could even be days, she wouldn't know until she found a landmark. "Once I get better at using space it'll be different." Walking in the direction of the town she hoped she wasn't too far. At most she only wanted to waste a week or so investigating them, any more and she would have to return without much choice. She was needed by her mother and she would be happy if she didn't have her mother come looking for her. "Especially not right now" With her sending out troops like crazy and making moves she didn't know about, things were weird.

"Nearest town, nearest town."

Spending the next few hours walking in a straight direction she eventually spotted some buildings up ahead. She didn't know what town it was but her speed picked up a little as she made her way there."Hopefully this goes well." Arriving at the town walls she heard some slight sounds but nothing too crazy. "A quiet place." Thinking that to herself she slipped past the gate without anyone noticing her as she stepped foot into the town. Looking around for any signs she walked down the streets, without a direction in mind.

"Oh?"
