Chapter 2: 10 Years After Rebirth

It has already been Ten Years... Just having to accept the humiliation of being a baby is the worst, having to listen to the same things over and over to teach me how to use the Universe language, it was not that bad my patience helped still annoying after a while. Nothing Important happened for 10 years I did everything as their son and as I will be Leaving today and yesterday I got access to a Map of the land and remembered it.

I am in the Small Town called Gray Forest Town, and yes its next to the Foreat called Gray Forest, South is the closest Main City, witch is Called Glory City not the best of names if you ask me. The Land is Human Land and from some story's Demons have been fighting the Humans but it is not serious if it was the Demons would have won by now and had taken the world. This world is in the Magic and Swords age not like Earth that has Technology Advancements and protected by a few Gods that even Powerful Demon Lords cant get close to, the Magic Spells are also not that good, from what I gathered they use Chants to call the Mana to them from the Surroundings and not use Catalysts of Mana inside themselves but the creative ways of doing spells make up for it and that Interested me in Joining an Academy soon. So far the spells are weak but that helps me that has no Magic, yet. I can use this world to start my foundation and get my Holy Catalyst back but I need to create my Holy body first.

About joining the Academy there is one in Glory City, and you have to be at least ten years old to join, I have been keeping low as a normal child with more intelligent then others so when I leave to go learn magic at the Academy I can Blame it on talent and the Academy when I get asked why I am strong at magic then the others. My Family is a Wealthy family so food and clothing was good. I am the only child but don't think that will last long. (Jason)

Specter laying on his bed set up soon after got off the bed, doing some morning streatches looking over to a mirror he has the same looks as he did before but he is Wingless and no Halo, also only 10 years old so very Young.

Sigh. The worst part, I need to activate my Angel Body again and start over on Magic, well I can do it faster then before and make less mistakes then before still so much work down the drain....

Why am i Stuck on that? I should be happy Im alive!

Activating the Holy Catalyst will be easier, I can start cleansing my body on the way, it will be better this time around I Missed the Deep Purefication Prosses so it limited my Mana channeling this time I will fix that Mistake. (Jason)

Leaving his room, Specter walked down the wooden steps and made his way down to the front door the Steps lead right to the door practically, leaving the Two Story House and seeing a carriage with black horses before it connected to the nice Carriage behind them, Specter also seeing his Mother her flowing blond hair and Emerald Green Eyes that looks to taken from the center of the Forest that even the purest plants grow untouched with a warm smile, and his Father Brown Hair and Deep Blue eyes that looks to be taken from the depths of the ocean. smiling at him proudly.

Getting my Eyes from Mother, and Hair from father. [Jason]

Stop being lost in thought! Get over here Mother wants to talk to you before you go. (Edward)

Walking over, his Mother hugged him.

Jason, while you are at the Academy you best make friends. (Ellen)

You will be dropped off by Butler Jared as he will be keeping you safe on the travel to the academy so listen to him on the travel. (Ellen)

Ellen my Darling, its okay he is a growing boy let him enjoy the travel. (Edward)

Seeing his father winked at him as to say I will handle her, head off or else she will not let you go.

Jason Smiled and headed to the Carriage and seeing the Butler, he has Black Hair and a Scar on his Face going from his Eye to his Nose, with a Butler tailcoat, he is not just a normal Butler he was a Commander under Edward his father, they are retired now just to enjoy life without continues Fighting the Demons, And he loves to clean so he became Edwards Butler.

Jared, everything settled? (Jason)

Haa, the time I was able to speak I was so embarrassed that I yelled out, I am Specter a Powerful Mage and Learning Blacksmith! Let me do my own cleaning myself! it had became an Inside joke to the family not even funny yet it was to them. [Jason]

Getting into the Carriage, Jared whipped the horses and they took off, Jason waved out the open carriage window to His parents and they waved back.

I guess I will start awakening my Angel body now. [Jason]

Jason never attempted awakening his body yet to stay hidden, it let him start training physically to Destract himself on not awakening and not having Magic to support him he did not try to relay on it like he did when he was Smithing, for the time he was able to get outside to enjoy freedom Jason had been running, crafting a wooden sword for sword play training, and even made a course in the Gray Forest to run through he was unable to go deep inside and that was fine just needed the Terrain, once he finished making the Course he ran it and changed it to make it harder and always making it complcated to prevent himself from just going through it by memory this was able to get his Speed and Strength up so he can work on getting better with physical work then just Magic and to learn true Blacksmithing he had to stop his instinctive attempt on using Magic to fix his problems, yes he relayed on Magic as he was Smithing his weapons and armor. This made them brittle but the Magic Circles helped create better armor with engraved spells, he fixes his errors with Powerful Rune Craftsmanship. Was hard to brake the Habit more then anything and it was needing to be fixed sooner then later and now with that fixed he can stop using Magic to use his Hammer it was always to heavy and Magic was able to lighten it up but that made his metal weak as it had impurities inside it but he made it up with Runes.

Now that he can start over he is using physical training first before working with any Magic as support to prevent himself from relaying on it Instinctively.

The travel will take five days to arrive at the City, so I have some time to make a big dent in the Wakening prosses Level one. (Jason)

Level 1 Purification.

2-4 Magic spells.

Level 5 Strengthend Purfide body.

5-9 Magic Spells.

Level 10 Angel Wings Awakening.

11-14 Magic Spells.

Level 15 Halo Awakening.

As Jason is Meditating, he brings the Surrounding Mana to him Guiding it to the Carriage, the Carriage started Becoming a blue Mist inside but it was just barely and not overly noticeable from outside but inside it is a different story, as it flows to him he created a Rune before him it is very, Very complicated, but the Rune is dull not shining and seems to be empty of life or Mana in this case.

As the Mana moved before Jason, he condensed it into a Blue Ball of Mana looks like a Blue Pearl, then he made a String from the pearl of Mana then sent it into the Rune before him it started following the Rune and the Dull Rune came alive a bit.

Jason opening his eyes and seeing how its going smiled.

I still got it in me even if I have not Practiced Mana Manipulation for 10 years. (Jason)

Guess its time to push myself to the limit. (Jason)

Closing his eyes again, three more pearls appered. Each one of them changed colors, one Turned Red as Flames, one Turned Green as Forest Leaves, one Turned Gray as a Cloudy sky, one Turned Clear as Glass. They all produced a Thread of the same color and seeped into the Rune and the mix of Fire Mana, Water Mana, Earth Mana, Air Mana made the Rune become Beautiful like art on the Outer layer of the rune.

The Outer Rune becoming the Colors of the multiple Mana and the inside is still Dull and Dead.

I just need to keep this up for as long as I can Rest and Continue over and over until I compleate it, should be done once I get to the Academy. (Jason)

Time Passed Specter did nothing but sit there and put mana into the Rune the carriage had arrived at a Huge City, Jason looking at the Wall that is very Tall proboly a Giant or even a War Ogre will see it as a normal wall when they attack, that just goes to show the size of the enemies that can attack the City in this world. Having Guards everywhere, Jason was able to see with one look that the Magic Shields that the Guards are using has a Rune engraved called Ward on the handle of a Magic Metal crafted very detailed to have the complicated Ward Rune engraved on it properly. The Metal is to Enhance the Mana flowing through it to Strengthend it and make it use little Mana but Block Physical and Powerful Magic Spells.

The Weapons are Crafted with the same Magic Metal that makes it have any Runes the person or Military in this case wants to have on it and that makes a huge list of Runes and personalized Weapons and Armor. The Armor is the same as the weapons are, Swords, Bows, Crossbows, Spears, and more they all had Runes Engraved in it.

The armor is a full metal armor set with Wards to weaken attacks and enhance the user inside with better Speed and power that is the only Runes Visable but more are hidden Jason is unable to see it.

Jason looking out the window seeing the armor and Weapons was able to see just how powerful they are is surprising.

Just what world am I on engraving is better then I was expecting. (Jason)

The Carriage moved through the City, seeing people moving back and forth even slaves in chains and rag clothing being taken and moved. Smell of food and chattering people came next as the Carriage passed shops cooking and selling food of all different types then Clothing and Weapons was next.

The Carriage came to a Second wall that leades deeper in the city. Jared took a pendent out and showed it to the Guard, allowing Access to the next area the Carriage moved in the central area of the city.

Jason noticed the road the Carriage is on stopped being so bumpy, and the chattering died away, even the houses are in better condition and they are houses not active shops like the last section.

Passing through, Jason seen a Huge Palace in the distance on a higher ground behind another wall. Then looking to the right their is a huge tower that is noticable, its the iconic Wizard Towers that many Wizards make as they are the best way to have everything layed out in a quick close access area.

Jared moved the Carriage to the left and Jason moved to the left side of the Carriage and seeing a Castle, Jared moved over to it and entered the Court yard of it, moving to the Front of the Door before stopping.

Young Master, we have arrived. (Jared)

Jared opened the door and Jason Walked out, seeing the Main Door with children of 10 of age walking in the huge doors and Wizards standing outside the door helping with the Children.

Jared shaking his head whipped the horses and left. Jason seeing the building before him shrugged at the size and mutered under his breath.

Earth has bigger buildings some Skyscrapers almost reach the clouds high above. (Jason)

Walking into the School, The Wizard next to the door inside passed Jason a paper and Jason opened it as he walked.

Hmm, a Map? New students need to go here. (Jason)

Seeing the Map has a Big Room and the Students are to go their, Jason followed the Map and seeing the inside of the Castle is magnificent in many ways, the floor and walls ceiling, everything is crafted like Ancient art.

Passing other Students, Jason arrived in the big room that has thousands of students already inside.

Jason arrived and waited for a few minuts just observing his surroundings and listening to the close by students chatting but it was boring, getting tired of waiting, Jason just left the room and started walking around the castle.

It has Six Floors, and lots of rooms that Jason did not even attempt to count he is not that board. Looking at the Map Jason seen that it changes to his surroundings, if he made a fire it will be displayed on the map.

So they are using combined Runes to make this map, must have taken a long time to make. (Jason)

You are right, it did take a long time to make, and you seem too have knowledge about Runes even know what Runes are is supprising at your age and from your tone you know how to make it? (?)

Jason jumped from the unexpected arrivel, and looked behind him in a defensive position.

Who are you and why did you use Stealth Magic to sneak up behind me. (Jason)

Ho. ho. You are a smart boy even knowing what Stealth Magic is, Sorry for scarering you, It is a habbit to be quiet when moving, if not I will be discovered by the Vise Principal and thrown into the room to do endless paperwork. (?)

I am Principal Gray, and you are? (Gray)

Gray has a Gray Robe and a very big and tall Gray pointed Wizard hat and his white beard is huge that looks like it can hide... Well anything unside it if he wanted to.

Specter. (Specter)

Ho. Ho. Interesting Name. Why are you called Specter? (Gray)

Specter shrugged, and spoke.

Because I killed a Reaper named Specter and was branded this name afterwards. (Specter)

Not like he will believe me it does not matter he will believe it was a fantasy. [Specter]

Interesting. And how did you kill this Reaper you speek of? (Gray)

I guess I will entertain him for the fun of it. [Specter)

I Was an Angel still new I tell you, I stayed at the Angels Library learning Magic and before I knew it I leard spells that out power most Angels but not that Powerful myself, with Mighty Magic that can create Worlds if I wanted. A Reaper trying to take a World as his own using the living people as a source of Souls I was called on to kill him, using my Holy Catalyst to make Holy Mana, I rained Spells down like a mad Storm, The Reaper tall as this Castle shadowy figure with a bloody Scythe in hand faceless but strong enough it can split the world with a swing if he was not able to control his power, the spells I fired was not to hurt the Reaper but to be used as a distraction, the Reaper as he was defending against the attack I sent at him from the sky, I used Illusion Magic to bend light to turn invisible to get closer, but That was not enough, Specters can see Souls and are tasked of Collect them to give the Souls to the God of Death, having to use Soul Supressing Spell even my Soul became Invisible. (Specter)

What happened next? (Gray)

Specter looked up seeing the Principal looking at him with his Gray eyes but they seem to be having Shining stars in his eyes he was enjoying the story, Specter shrugged and continued.

It was not easy, I thought that was enough, how much I regret the lives that have been lost... (Specter)

Gray can hear the sadness in Specters voice, he said nothing but Listened on.

I attacked his back, and the Reaper vanishing from sight, you think such a huge Shadowy body it would be easy to find how wrong I was thinking normal spells can work on it, the Reaper was behind me even before I was Prepared, getting hit from the Scythe it damaged my Soul as the Reaper attacks the Soul not the Physical Body, even So the Swing Created a Powerful Wave of Compressed Air that had the power to destryed a close Mountain, the Mountain became open Plains, and the Grass Plains became a new Mountain. Killing hundreds of thousands of Lives that had a City there, it was buried. (Specter)

I attacked this time with a Spell that turned the sky into Fire, the Water into Earth, the earth into Air, and Lava into Water. Attacking the Reaper with this Spell and not only did the Reaper block it, it had even sent the spell back at me, not expecting the spell to be deflected that power should not be in a normal Reaper he had been collecting Souls for so long he turned them into his personal power and it Sent my Spell back, the Spell I sent would miss me as I can just move out of the way and it will pass me but the spell can destroy the land behind me for Miles, to Prevent that I had to use a spell I was Learning in the Library before Getting the Mission and this spell I never used it before and it was the first time I have ever used it, so I have no knowledge of what it can do besides the text that said it will absorb everything next to it.... (Specter)

What happen next? (Gray)

... The Spell text was right it can Absorb anything inside it, just never said it will never stop until everything was gone and the more inside the bigger it gets, even a fork can make it enlarge, the thing is, I did not know that. Just knowing it can Absorb anything I Used the spell to Absorb my own Spell into it, but the power from the spell enlarged the Black Hole Spell and it became unstable unable to close it after activating it, the Reaper was, not in his right mind or he just wanted to Die, had attacked me but to attack me he had to pass the Black Hole and the power from the spell enlarged the spell taking the Reaper with and that was all it needed as it enlarged and continued getting bigger and bigger at a massive rate, I had to get away from it but by the time it stopped the world was gone and never seen again with all the life all the living innocent lives died.. because I did not know what the spell I used will do. (Specter)

I was Branded the name Specter by the Death God after that, and that is how I got the name Specter. (Specter)
