That title was given to him because of the strange trajectory of his arrows every time they were released from his bow. It was as if he could manipulate the wind to control the directions of his arrows.

At the same time, his precise aiming and swift movement speed put him at the top ranks of the Godlike Archer's list. And that was also the very reason why he was invited to join a powerhouse guild, the Central Order.
