Shin came back home completely beaten after coming from the academy. The physical training that Benedict had told him yesterday was a literal thing. He was physically beaten up by his senior during the entire training session.

What was worse about it was the fact that he could heal himself with the help of his fire innate attribute, which also had an innate healing property.
