Yang Ling looked at him but continued drinking her wine. Actually, even though she doesn't want to admit she was actually a little nervous if Mu Jiang wasn't the one she was against then she would have won this project but now.... 😬

Mu Jiang wasn't in a rush to hear her answer either so he waited and watched as she went into deep thinking.

Just when Yang Ling was about to reply to him, the announcement of results being out was declared and everybody was assembling for it.

"We Will See" Yang Jing raised her glass and downed its contents in one go.

One the center everybody saw a woman in Champagne color mermaid dress slowly walking on to the stage while holding her dress. Looking at her everybody below the stage started talking about her.

"Isn't that Wang Fang the famous actress also the little princess of Wang pharmaceuticals."

"Yes, and she is famous in her acting industry and with her father and brother backing nobody can beat her."

On the stage, Wang Fang looked at everyone trying to find someone and when her eyes reach Yang Ling's table she blushes but she quickly controls her emotions.😍😍🧖🏿‍♀️

Yang Ling raises her eyebrows but doesn't say anything.🤨🤨🤨

"Good Evening Everyone myself Wang Fang and I will be your host for today's event. As everyone knows today's occasion is about Green Land Project which will benefit everyone. Let us see a little Av about it and then I will announce the results."

*claps*

Following the applause, the AV was launched and all the locations of the city and after construction graphics according to govt expectations were showed and everyone was excited to get a piece of cake and some were eating vinegar about what they lost and how they couldn't get the whole cake itself. The AV ended followed by a round of applause.

Wang Fang came on to the stage, " I hereby Welcome the Mayor Mr.Zhang Wei on to the stage and announce the winner."

Mayor Zhang Wei is known for his upright character and his services to the public. He slowly walked on to the stage, although he is 50 years old he looks younger than his age.

He looked at the crowd with his sharp gaze. His voice strong and commanding, " The Green Land Project goes to Mu group...."

*Applause*

Mu Jiang's gaze was fixated on Yang Ling the whole so that he does not miss any reaction on her face and he wasn't disappointed, the look on her face gave him the utmost satisfaction.😏😏

Yang Ling wasn't bothered by Mu Jiang's gaze at all, in fact, she doesn't even know. She was, in fact, thinking about the result because even though she wasn't confident in her plans and budget she is very much confident about her technology that she can provide at low rates to china govt with her sources abroad.🤔🤔

Just when Mu Jiang was about to tease her about her loss and bet. He heard the mayor say...and his expression turned dark.😐

"..and Yang corporations."😑

*gasp* 😲😳

Everyone sucked in cold breath. Not only the Mu group but also the Yang Corporation got the tender. But how?😱😱

Mu Jiang's face was like the bottom of the pot👿. He watched as Yang Ling's face turned from frowning to be replaced by a smirk as she turned to face him.😏😏

Wang Fang was initially happy that her crush has won and nobody can be equal to him but when she heard the mayor say the last part her mind turned blank.😘😟 she turned her head towards Mu Jiang only to see him looking at Yang Ling and the later smiling at him.' Bit*ch ' That's the only word she had got for Yang Ling.

Mayor continued, "Mu Group's budget and the plan was considered the best among the rest but the Yang Corporations technology was better than everybody since the government want this project to be the best hence the technology should also be topnotch and Yang Corporation has the connections due to their CEO's capabilities during her stay in aboard."

"So, we decided to give both of them an opportunity to collaborate with each other on an equal footing"

Mu Jiang after hearing this his face turned somewhat better.' I am still the winner!'😎😎 he thought while still looking at Yang Ling.

Yang Ling was also smirking 'No, your not the only one '🙄😏she thought while keeping eye contact.Looking at her expression Mu Jiang's face turned cold but he regained his cool.

Zhang Wei looked at Yang Ling's table and called out the two CEO's on the stage to sign the contract. Both of them signed the contracts after their lawyer's verification and the project was theirs.
