Running away from his boss, Ah Chen nearly clashed with Lin Meimei, who was standing just out of the Door waiting.

AhChen remembered his near death because of the headless person in front of him, and he started glaring at her.

Lin Meimei blinked her moist eyes and said," Mr. AH CHEN I know I made a mistake...I..I just thought to make his desk neat and leave before he comes . It was just bad timing that Jiang came in at that moment"

Her calling their Boss by the given name was giving a message to those who were eavesdropping. AH CHEN looked at others and slowly adjusted his spectacles.

" Miss.Lin, No.1 You are not at all supposed to call our Boss by the given name inside the office even if you are close with him.

No.2 I know that you went to his room before Boss came and you were there for nearly 30 mins. Tell me what was so messy in that room when I made the room tidy as soon as I came in.

No.3 Since you know you made a mistake, I will drop you a warning mail and loop HR in it; make sure to acknowledge it.

If you will excuse me I have work to do."

Lin Meimei kept staring at Ah Chen as he left her in the hallway as others started gossiping, she hurriedly gathered herself and went to her desk.

Lin Meimei kept repeating 'It's ok, it's ok' in her heart to maintain her image and to not trash her surroundings.

But when a mail came in her inbox she almost smashed her phone.

Yang Ling walked into the building of Mu corporations. Ah Chen personally came to receive her, and he directly took her to the private elevator.

Once she stepped on the floor, everyone kept staring at her; seeing this, she smiled and kept her head high.

'Isn't this what I wanted hehe'

He Deming looked at her boss and knew exactly what was running in her brain, but pressing her lips, she kept her mouth shut and looked forward.

'She went out of her comfort zone this time'

Upon entering the meeting room, Yang Ling saw that Mu Jiang and his team were already waiting for them in the room. Looking at her all stood to greet her.

Yang Ling nodded her head and went to shake hands with Mu Jiang, but the other person was just staring at her.

Reason being Yang Ling wore a Red dress donning a Red fur coat, she looked like a tomato 🍅 and lovely with her pink cheeks.

Mu Jiang kept looking at her without giving her a handshake. Ah Chen nudged him. Only then did he came out of his trance.

' This woman is such a beautiful distraction.'

Mu Jiang shook his head before accepting her handshake.

" Please have a seat"

Yang Ling walked to her assigned seat and she and her team were on one side of the table and Mu Jiang and the team were on the other side of the table.

The meeting took place for nearly 2hr but was nowhere near the final decision.

Yang Ling kept smirking 😏 while Mu Jiang kept staring at her almost wanting to kill her.

There were so many things on which Yang Ling kept saying No.

She did not agree to move the village a bit she outright refused to provide equipment if they had any such plans. Finally, Mu Jiang agreed to revise the plan and get approval from the government on changes,if any, to which Ling was quite happy.

She closed her laptop and kept her hands on the table as she stared at Mu Jiang.

" No more demands Yang Ling, I have already agreed to your unreasonable demands"😒😬

"Okayyy then we will meet when you are ready with a plan. OKAY?"

After the meet much to the Mu corp employees headache they had to work the plan again, No thanks to a certain Red tomato girl.

As they walked to the elevator,Yang Ling kept looking around and there was only one thought in her mind, that was, ' My place is better than this...The office is almost looking like the employees are going to be zombies .,it's not a fun place.'

" You should add some ....how to say...color to life Mr.Mu, your employees will one day be unable to even lift their heads"

Mu Jiang looked around his office, and all he saw were some black balls which are visible from a distance.

Yang Ling walked into the elevator; when Mu Jiang was about to enter, she raised her hand and stopped him.

" You can go back now, I have work to do. See you around Mr. MU."
