"my name is reach." reach took a chunk out the rabit they captured and preserved.

"i am called cristia webgrass." the archer ate slowly while retaining her elegance.

"Leader of this group.. hosei scout! " he shout as as pointed to him self.

amrissa remained quiet. she thought why say if it's already known and ate quietly . reach found it cute but shook his head and asked his question.

"I heard you mention that there are a few ranks. if we reached the highest rank here then does that mean the upper ranks in the dungeon are now easy?" reach knew it sound dumb be he still had hope.

"far from it! Actually we need to level up all over again." scout looked at him differently and said.

"I see.." reach said unsure what to say in his change of behavior.

'seems its true?' hosei thought and glanced to amrissa a moment. he was going to try being reach friend first.

"we should check our resources. by tomorrow we will need to replenish our water source." cristia said.

"Hey wasnt there a lake not too far?" as he said it hosei smacked his head as a facepalm. "we were suppose to refill there.. guh" he lamented.

every one chuckled at their mistake.

"the sky sure is beautifull here huh?" reach said aloud drawing a few surprused looks. he was human so for a moment they forgot he came from the dungeon.

So of course he would not know and be new here.

reach didn't expect surprise looks because he thought he sounded like he was merely in awe with a sight of this world. He knew he made no mistakes ans let it be.

"shall I see what everyone can do now? we should know our places in the group." reach thought and stood up. he was bored so he thought to try the team for combat. mean while get a valuable experience.

"thats it. i want to beat you all to paste!" reach said then nearly stepped back but held his ground and started looking menacing.

first every seated on a log they cut from a tree reacted by first wondering what he was thinking then recalled he came from the dungeon an could possibly trying to warn them of his nocturnal agressiveness.

"Whose first!" Reach menacingly shouted as he glared at the group with the blazing campfire shining on them.

hosei felt annoyed then looked up silently "will you sit down? we are not scared."

"no , this would be a fine time to show off our abilities too no? lets show him what he will see later on." amrissa smiled as she push herself up. sh looked across the fire and took a step forward.

some how reach felt intimidated but didn't back down. she took another step forward and her eyes changed now with a slit and her eye seemed to thirst for a fight.

he visibly shook but only enough for them to think it was a pretense. he quickly changed into his insect form he showed them earlier. he was scared. as a human he felt like pissing himself.

"hoo this form huh? let's move away first." she said and the group moved from the fire.

"now!" Amrissa came forward in a dash. hosei took a long sword from his sheath and ran at reach. cristia took her bow out from behind and noched an arrow.

Reach saw crisria hesitate before launching an arrow to his. legs. amrissa had closed the distance and sliced toward his face. hosei thrusted his sword at his other leg.

reach in his currently frightened mind changed again.

this caused every to finish their attack for sure and stop.

"where did you go? Reach!" amrissa called. what caused reach to answer was her tone it was one a annoyed commander too with her lower rank officer.

reach however became a small centipede you could find at home and crawled over his place at the campfire answering her only three seconds later when he sat down as a human.

"what are you doing e-everyone" reach said as he looked into the sky.

"hmm" amrissa said hearing his voice a walked over leading them back. they sat down but she walked straight over to him to look in his eye.

reach glanced over and saw her beautiful under the moon light momentarily distracted he took a while then remembered he was scared but not anymore. "hey... can I see your blade." he asked her. 'maybe its a traumatic experience?' he died to a knife in the past so he of course wondered if that was the case.

she stared at him before handing him a long sword verses her short sword pointing the blade down.

he took it as she watched him curiously hold it horizontal. "this.. so this isn't it."

he hand hand the sword back after inspection but he held the blade while offering to her the guard.

"hmph!" She smiled big seeing him hold the blade verses holding some of its handle like she did for him. her smile grew wider when she saw he also smiled. 'is he happy to sacrifice his own safety while he honored me with allowing me full handling?' she thought. 'outstanding'
