Checking Fires & Hiding In Disabled Spots

When I said to check that place out, I meant by the use of the military drone I hoodwinked—no, no, had the Admiral gave to me plus a few others in exchange or as a reward for looking after his people and especially, taking care of his daughter, Ella. I only had a few short chances to test it out before but as of this moment, I was already taking it out the back of my Raptor and it was heavier than my commercial drones.

Ilana was the first one to react after seeing it in my hands as I made my way to the roof:

"Holy fucking— Is that the thing?! That's the thing, right?! O-Open it! Please?!"

Ignoring her funny reaction, I flipped the latches off the metal case and what we saw was a stealth surveillance drone the size of at least three civilian drones put together. Aside from that, it was only about twice the weight, at least five times the battery life, thrice more sturdy, but most of all—it had night vision, thermals, and a few more shit I was willing to explore.
