Chapter 6: Valak and Riza
After breakfast I went up to my room, the girl is still sleeping in my bed, this is my chance, I grab all the posters and my waifu pillow and run to front of the house, I also grab a metal bin while on my way out.
I start dumping everything in the bin and light it on fire, I have to make sure nobody finds out about this, I stare intensely at the bin making sure that it all burn, making sure to hide the shame. all that's left is my waifu pillow, probably the hardest thing to part with, but if i can't beat this how could i ever beat Marcus. I throw the pillow into the fire and watch it burn, "Shadow eyes" I activate them to make sure its all burned properly, then i pour gasoline on the fire. The fire begins to run wild growing way bigger than before.
I hear the door open behind me. I freeze in place, did she see my posters? did she see my pillow? what does she know? I begin to turn slowly with my shadow eyes still active and make eye contact. she's silent for a while, she has an emotionless face and it doesn't change. We stand in front of me silent for a while untill she says "My name is Riza Nox, thank you for saving my life". her face is still emotionless, I'm not too sure if she has emotions.
I explain to her what really happened and who i am. With the main objective done i stop wasting time and ask her "What do you know about Valak?"

Flashback 3 years ago
(Riza) I met Valak at a park in front of my house, he lived across the park on the other side, he was quiet and reserved. He always sat by himself everyday untill one day i decided to talk to him, we'd talk about different things, like favorite foods and future goals. I slowly started catching feelings for him, I thought he was different.
It's been 1 year since I've met Valak and things were going good, we would meet everyday at the park, he was the only male friend i have ever had. I thought that this could be love and decided that I would confess my feelings for him.
One day he bought two friends with him, Yuki and Marcus. They treated me kindly, Marcus and Valak had asked me to see a movie, "This is it" I thought, my chance. I remember the day starting off as usual, I remember doing my hair and preparing myself for the date, I remember my parents waving goodbye and I remember Valak grabbing my hand as we entered the car. I don't remember much of what we watched.
The movie had finished and Valak had asked me to go for a walk, he seemed off, something about him wasn't the same. We entered a dark alleyway, 3 guys had appeared from the shadows, In an instant Valak had vanished before my eyes, my search for him frantically but all i can see are the three men standing in front of me. The men had Barcodes on their left hands meaning they belonged to the cyborgs, a small time gang which had recently started making a name for themselves.
I attempt to turn around so I can run for my life but then I feel two hands on my shoulders, I freeze in place and turn slowly, I look up and see Valak. My heart feels the weight lift, I feel safe, I'm so relieved and tears start to build up in my eyes untill Valak whispers in my ear "I'm doing this for your own good" My heart sinks, I can see his perverted smile, I keep asking myself why? why? why?
I push Valak out of the way and start sprinting for my life, I run around for around an hour and Valak follows me, mocking me, he then starts blocking my way, I run around trying to avoid him and I eventually realise that he's lead me home. I open the front door and see Marcus and Yuki standing their with my parents dead bodies. I pass out and wake up with a barcode on my left hand. For 2 years, I could think of nothing but revenge.

I don't say anything, I don't know what to say to her, so I simply extend my hand and say "Shall we get revenge?", she takes my hand and with emotionless face she accepts.
