Chapter Fifty: What Are You Hiding
There was a party at the Flores's (the mayor) mansion, his son was throwing it, Hayley's friend, so I asked her if she wanted to go with me...
Hayley's POV: Nik just asked me if I would go to Tanners party tonight with him, I wasn't really planning on going but since he's going to be there and asked me, why not, what could go wrong. It's Saint Falls after all, nothing bad ever happens here! Anyway, I decided to wear my favorite party dress, it's got a dark blue silk and a pair of black high heels with my raven black hair straightened, draped over my shoulders!
Klaus's POV: I put on just a nice, casual outfit for the party and went to Hayley's house...when I got there and knocked on her door, her aunt Jenny opened the door, and when she stepped aside I was amazed at who I saw. Hayley was walking down the staircase wearing the most beautiful dress, she looked amazing, but she didn't know it! So then we got in the car and right before we went into the party I gave her a necklace, it belonged to Katerina before she was turned, and when she died I packed up all her things and found this beautiful necklace and thought it would be perfect for Hayley when the time was right, and it was. The necklace is silver with a little red ruby at the top with designs all over it. It was also filled with vervain, that way Elijah couldn't get into her head and compel her. She loved it!
Hayley's POV: Nik is so sweet, he gave me a beautiful necklace, it was silver with a ruby on top, I loved it. But I couldn't tell if it was to soon for that kind of stuff, but I didn't care because it was so beautiful and I thought it was very nice of him. I think he's warming up to me a little more too, which is great!
N: The party had just started when Klaus and Hayley arrived...
It was about half way through the party when I noticed something, like someone in the woods, but we were all drunk so I wasn't sure. So after awhile Hayley and I decided to leave, I asked her if she wanted to go to my house or if she just wanted to go home for the night, she wanted to come to my house!
Hayley's POV: I'm so excited, I'm on my way to Nik's house right now, this has been a pretty interesting night so I wonder what will happen?
