After the man was injured and the slimes were slain, I revived the slimes a small distance away and then ordered a group of 10 named lizards to attack the group of men, specifically the already injured man.
This time I wanted to have both the lizards and slimes work together so they can kill that one man.
And while the slimes and lizards focused on that man I would have the Goblins flank and attack the rest of the men from behind.
Before long an hour passed and everything was ready.
[8 Humans have been in your dungeon for 1 hour, 8 EXP earned]
And with that I leveled back up to level 3, gaining the 300 Mana Capacity once again.
First I had the lizards distract all f the barbarians while the slimes sneak towards the injured man.
After the Slimes got close I then instructed the lizards to pull back and group up with the slimes.
And with that, the Goblins attacked!
"GAH!" Shouted the goblins as they charged out from the bushes with their crude weapons and barley-covered bodies.
Upon hearing the Goblin War cry the barbarians immediately turned around and rose their crude iron weapons at the 10 charging Goblins.
As the Barbarians focused on the goblins, the injured barbarian at the back of the group was quietly attacked by both slimes and small lizards!
The slimes latched onto the man's joints and face stopping him from screaming for help.
As the slimes dissolved and 'ate' the man's skin the lizards began tearing off small pieces of flesh with their sharp teeth, aiming for vulnerable areas.
Let's just say the man no longer had the right to be called a 'Man' after the lizards were done...
After that, I looked back over to the 10 Goblins fighting the remaining 7 Barbarians.
While the Barbarians easily overpowered the Goblins with their superior strength and weapons, the 10 Goblins used cunning and dishonorable tactics to fight, as expected of the infamous Goblins.
And for the unfortunate Barbarians that had to fight more than one Goblin were quickly losing the fight.
Due to the Goblins using Crude wooden spears, they had a larger reach compared to the Barbarians allowing them to more easily hit the Barbarians and back away out of reach when the Barbarians attacked.
And something I noticed as the fight went on was that the Barbarians...were clearly not that smart...
They fell for the Goblin's schemes and traps and did nothing to stop the goblins and their schemes! They just kept falling for the same things over and over again, causing them to get hurt way more than the Goblins were!
[A Male Human has been slain in your dungeon! +15 EXP]
[Due to the joint effort of the Slime Monsters and the Lizard Monsters in slaying a superior foe, they have gained EXP!]
Oh? I looked back over and found that the man who was being attacked by the lizards and slimes was no longer moving.
Large chunks of flesh all over his body were missing either from the Lizards or the Slimes with most of the man's flesh that covered his skull being gone revealing the blood-stained skull beneath...
It appears the man died of blood loss or from an extreme amount of pain.
I looked at the Slimes and found no changes in their appearance besides a few small patches of flesh and blood being dissolved in their bodies, but once I looked over at the 10 small Lizards I found that their bellies were full, it appears they ate until they had their fill.
Well, that's one down, just 7 more to go.
With the injured man being dead I ordered the Slimes and Lizards to begin helping the Goblins who were starting to lose against the Barbarians.
The Barbarians who were initially losing against the Goblins started learning the Goblins tactics and with their weapons superior quality, were breaking the Goblin's crude wooden spears one swing at a time.
Now, most of the Goblin's crude spears were more than a few inches shorter and with every swing of the Barbarians crude iron weapons the Goblins spears only got shorter closing the distance between the Goblins and the Barbarians and making it far more dangerous for the Goblins with every passing minute.
But with the Lizards and Slimes that leaped into battle, the Barbarians now had to focus on both the Goblins and the small monsters that attacked their joints, legs, feet, and heads.
One Slime lunged from the ground and wrapped around a Barbarian's head, allowing the Goblin fighting him to stab right through the man's chest with its spear.
And with every Barbarian that went down the Goblins, Slimes, and Lizards fighting that barbarian moved onto the next helping the others kill their targets one by one.
Eventually, only one Barbarian was left, but instead of killing him, I allowed the man to escape, he shall live to tell the tale.
Once the man was gone I told the Goblins that they could bring the corpses back to the tribe and eat them.
Turns out the Goblin's are both Canablistic and disgusting, eating any kind of meat and edible plants they could get their hands on when hungry.
Once all of the monsters dispersed from the area I opened my status.
