A Scroll

Leaving his room, Glass had breakfast with Ateus and the twins before they headed off to the Dungeon. Inside the carriage, Glass told them of his new skill that he had suddenly gained.

"This morning when I woke up, I found out that I gained a new skill. Do you want to see it now? Or should I leave the surprise for later?" he asked them.

The twins looked at each other briefly, before replying, "Since we're going to see it anyway, might as well see it now." Omaos told him.

"Alright then." Glass nodded.

Whoosh!

His armor suddenly changed into his pajamas instantly, which baffled the twins.

Whoosh!

His pajamas then suddenly changed into his samurai set, before changing into his leather set, then back to his knights set. This all happened in a flash, surprising the twins.

"That's pretty interesting." Omaos told him.

"What else can it do, Glass - San?" Yheia asked.

"I'm not sure, I think this is all it can do." Glass replied.

"Well, it certainly did appear at a good time, now you don't need to decide which to use each morning. Instead, you can change at any time!" Yheia giggled.

When they arrived at the Dungeon, they headed up to the Twenty-Ninth Floor as soon as they could. The Twenty-Ninth Floor is a large jungle biome; it contains large trees and vines that are over thirty meters in height, while Monsters that are commonly found in jungles such as mushrooms, insects and various mammals.

Arriving on the Twenty-Ninth Floor, Glass and the twins kept their guard up as they crossed through the straight pathway through the floor. Along the way, various sounds could be heard from the bushes and trees around them.

Glass changed and held his katana by its sheath as he closed his eyes and listen to the movements that along the trees. The soft sound of wind blew along his face gently, as it made his hair move along with the wind.

As he waited, leaves slowly fell from the trees as they were shaking from the movements. Glass slowly waited for the leaves to fall, before opening his eyes and slice through the air, which narrowly avoided the leaf that fell in front of him.

Above him, many Monsters shrieked as they fell from the trees, due to the sword waves that came out from his katana in the instant he unsheathed.

Yheia, started chanting a spell, while Omaos readied his spear. Holding his spear, he held it with both hands and rotated it in the air, creating a small tornado. Leaves that had fallen off the trees flew around him gently and rustled along with the wind.

The Monsters that had fallen from the trees are monkeys that have white fur and dark brown skin. They weren't large in size, so they were easy to shake off the trees.

Some of them were lucky and caught the vines as they fell, unfortunately for them, the vines were cut as soon as the monkeys had grabbed them, due to Glass' previous attack that had not only shaken them off the trees but had also cut the vines, making them fall only when they were grabbed onto.

The monkeys all cried as they fell into Omaos' spearhead. Omaos stopped spinning his spear in the air and pulled it down before jabbing successively at multiple monkeys.

Ah! Ahoo!

Yheia's hair started flowing back towards its original position, as she had finished chanting her spell, dark clouds loomed over their heads as lightning struck the remaining monkeys, that have yet to be killed.

Boom! Crash!

Ahoo!!

Their Magic Stones dropped onto the ground as Glass and the twins picked up the drops they had gained. As he was looting the drops, Glass saw something strange that had dropped from the monkeys.

In front of him, was a small piece of a leather scroll. Picking it up, he opened it as he saw familiar characters that were partly ripped up. Since he couldn't read much of it, Glass kept it inside his bag as the twins finished looting the drops.

"A part of a scroll?" Yheia asked him.

"Yea, I couldn't read much of it, since the monkeys had it, there should be more to it." Glass replied. The twins nodded as the three of them continued along the path.

Along the way, Monsters such as giant maggots and ants blocked their path. The party fought against them and continued further.

It wasn't until they were close to reaching the Thirtieth Floor, did they find another piece of the scroll.

This time, the scroll was another corner piece, judging by the pieces, Glass figured that there were still four pieces left to find. He concluded that the other four must be on the Twenty-Ninth Floor, which meant they had to clear out the entire floor.
