Good day '... night?' everyone!
How goes the best readers out in the writing sphere? Wonderful, and most importantly in great health, I hope!
How am I doing you ask? The best in a while! No broken arm, not sick, writers block hasnt visited me yet, and the greatest of all, the words are flyin of me fingers onto the screen. Blink once blink twice, and I gots lots of words.
Faster than I've written in a while (Since the beginning of my journey with TO Build an Empire [40k words in a month is still my record]). This time, its not as impressive, but its in less than half the time frame, so maybe it is.
Alright, I dont make any sense, but let me explain.
You see, the story I had been planning flopped on me hard. I couldn't find the love for it and it had begun to feel like I was forcing myself to write which always leads to me abandoning the story for something I enjoy even more (Sorry A journey Away!!! Forgive me~!). I knew full on and quite well, that I would attempt to get back to it, but would eventually putter out in a few days unlike the absolute high I get from To build an Empire.
So...
I tried to write without forethought or plan with the only goal is for it to lead back to a kingdom building story (...somehow...) and ended up writing 20k plus in the span of a week and a half. There is a spark every time I write with this one. Not sure why, but it flows out without much coaxing.
Its called BattleField - A Never-Ending Nightmare. And the first chapter is going to be posted today! Check it out and show some love to your favorite author! Just got to find a suitable cover for it.
Also, another important note. I've been thinking of posting chapters on p a tr eo n. To read ahead, etc...but it still feels wrong somehow. Kinda like the K U thing. Doesn't make much sense why I feel that way, but I just do, so I will stick with not posting advance chapters and keep updating without a paywall.
Either way, I know I am not giving much incentive to be a p a tr eo n, and my writing isn't as amazing as many other authors out there to merit financial commitment, but if ya want to help out, you know where to go.
