Chapter 2

"Aunt, I'm going!" i shouted as i run through the stairs. It's my first day of being a law student! Finally.

"You haven't had your breakfast yet!"

I was putting my shoe when she pop out from the kitchen. I sighed, immediately walk towards her and kissed her cheeks.

"I'll grab a food when i get there, bye!"

"School" i muttered as my butt hit the car's seat.

They said, first impression doesn't last but they still mattered. So i dressed neatly and   elegantly.

Wore a white longsleeve underneath my peach coat and a slacks.

I bun my hair, readied my bag and books. I look my self at the car mirror. Damn, i'm good.

C'mon, let's get it.

..

It was 20 minutes before my class starts when i arrived. Better be on time i said at the back of my mind when i saw our class with only few people sitting on their perspective chair.

Minutes later, most of the seats were taken. I was nervous, i kept tapping my fingers on my desk when half an hour passed, the proffesor is still not here.

I can feel my head throbbing, i hate this. But i remained compose. I do not want to ruin my day.

Most of the people decided to go out, some of them said the prof will not attend today.

"Hey, don't you want grab a coffee? Our teacher will not attend class today" A girl approached me, i smiled are her.

"Are you sure?" i asked.

She chuckled. "Actually, not"

I shrugged, "I'm good" she nodded and mutter 'okay'

Better be safe than sorry, waiting for few more minutes or hours won't matter. Our class for today is 6 hours, the prof is late for about 40 minutes.  There's still a lot of time.

I decided to open my book, advance reading.

Yet, i finished digesting one case and still no teacher.

I look at my wrist watch and it says 2 O'clock. What the fuck, i missed breakfast and lunch for a deceitful Professor?!

With a heavy heart, i marched out of the class room.

Damn it, im getting grumpy. My belly's nosy as fck and the impression i wanted to give vanished.

Then i saw Creed. Immediately run towards him.

He's wearing his usual outfit.

Black slacks and white polo with glasses on his eyes that matches his aristocratic nose.  His hair is in rightful places, not long but not too short that complimented his sharp jaw.

"Creed!" he acted as if he didn't hear me. I sighed. Whatever, you asked for this.

"Creed Alexander Morgan!" i shouted that most of the students looked at me with judgement, yeah i forgot this is a campus of law, everyone is in chaos but still reserved. I roll my eyes.

I smirked when he stopped and when he did, i grab the chance to corner him.

"Where are you going?" i asked.

"Library"

"What will you do there?"

"Study" he always answer me like he's getting his head cut and he's just force to open his mouth.

"Wanna grab a food?"  i didn't want to sound desperate but my voice still did.

Finally, he look at me. I gave him a puppy eyes.

Sighing, he started walking once again.

"Creed please?"

"No, I'm busy"

"Come on! the school just started you can't be that busy!"

"I'm not a freshman like you" he spat with his brow furrowed. That actually shut me up.

I bit my lip. "I'm just really hungry, i missed breakfast and lunch"

"Not my fault" it made my chest hurt even more.

" None of my professor attended class today"

"It's first week, lawyers dont go to school when it's first week"

My jaw dropped. "Why didn't you tell me?!" i look at him with sinister eyes. He lift his one brow, what a snob.

"You didn't asked" he simply said.

"But still! you could have told me when we met at the bookstore!"

He shrugged his head and started walking again.

"You owe me this!" i stood up infront of him so he could stop, deliberately making him step backward.

"If only you told me in advance i won't get starve like this!" I grab his available hand and marched to who knows where. I just want to eat him-- i mean eat

with him, damn it.

"Shit" the only thing he could say.

I smiled, i won. Again.
