The Lightning Mouse And The Weird House

Sun Tian scanned through the trees and bushes surrounding him until he noticed black eyes staring at him. Sun Tian was suddenly dumbstruck as he realized who was watching him.

"Didn't expect someone like you would be watching me Nigh Qaz," said Sun Tian with a chuckle.

"How can you beat him when you are 2 stages below him?" asked Nigh Qaz coldly.

"Because I'm an incomparable genius," said Sun Tian

Nigh Qaz's eyes suddenly hardened as she gave him a cold stare.

"Wow, not even a chuckle, tough crowd, tough crowd," said Sun Tian while shaking his head.

Suddenly Nigh Qaz dashed forward and slashed at him with her sword. Sun Tian smiled and pivoted on his foot causing Nigh Qaz to miss.

"Now, Now, don't get so angry so quickly, let's talk like people," said Sun Tian.

"Tell me how you beat him."

"Why do you want to know?"

"That is something you don't need to know."

"Well, you don't need to know how I beat him either."

The two people kept staring at each other until they suddenly heard a loud bang against the ground about 100 feet to the northwest.

"I don't know about you but I'm gonna go check that out," said Sun Tian

Sun Tian hopped onto a tree and dashed out towards the northwest.

"Everyone run different directions or we will all die!" yelled a Vort family member

"Please God let me live!" yelled another

Sun Tian looked upon what was going on and turned to stone. He looked down at a pitch-black mouse the size of a big cat slaughtering the Vort family members. As Sun Tian looked closer at the mouse he realized that there is a small purple lightning bolt on its forehead. Then Sun Tian suddenly got terrified because he realized that this is a Purple Lightning Mouse. The Purple Lightning Mouse is a Violent Beast which is the second rank in a beasts cultivation.

He stared at the Vort family being slaughtered down to the last man.

"Sun Tian what are you staring?" said Nigh Qaz after catching up

"Oh no"

Sun Tian was about to respond when he noticed the Purple Lightning Mouse look up at him.

"RUN!"

Sun Tian dashed from the tree to the deeper parts of the forest while Nigh Qaz followed. As he sprinted through the forest he heard the Purple Lightning Mouse follow him and Nigh Qaz. He sprinted full force to try and escape but he could hear and feel the Purple Lightning Mouse getting closer to them.

"Nigh Qaz get into that cave," Sun Tian said while pointing to a cave about 50 feet away.

"ok"

As they dashed into the cave Sun Tian slammed his hand into the wall at the entrance of the cave causing a large group of rocks to fall into the entrance trapping them but keeping the Purple Lightning Mouse out.

Sun Tian looked very angrily at Nigh Qaz as he said: "Why did you have to talk and draw its attention."

"I didn't mean to, how would I know that it was there?"

"Sun Tian what place is this?"

"I have no idea so don't bother asking me."

"Why is there a pond here?"

"What did I just say?"

As Sun Tian moved towards the pond he noticed a small indent in the wall to his left about 3 feet away. He moved towards the indent and placed his hand against the indent and pushed. As he felt the wall move in heard a quiet click sound and the wall moved and a staircase with torches lining the wall went downward.

"What in the world is this," muttered Nigh Qaz

Sun Tian didn't respond as he moved down the staircase.

"Sun Tian aren't you worried as to what could be at the bottom of this staircase," said Nigh Qaz

"Would you rather go out and try to fight the Purple Lightning Mouse?" said Sun Tian with a calm look.

Nigh Qaz suddenly got a frightened look in her eyes as she thought back to the Purple Lightning Mouse. They continued down the staircase in silence.

"Sun Wai do you think your trash son has been killed yet," said Vort Fer

"If anything has happened to my son not only will I brutally kill you, your entire family will follow along with you to King Yama's palace," said Sun Wai coldly

"What in the world is this," said Sun Tian

Sun Tian and Nigh Qaz had finally reached the bottom of the staircase and what created them was an enormous cavern with a small wooden house right in the middle.
