The road up ahead

Rogue calmly smiles and came up with a plan for her business goals. Her grandfather couldn't help but feel proud about his poppy, she had a great grasp of business concepts almost as If she had been tutored extensively in the subject. She was able to quickly judge the pros and cons and come up with a clear idea and a plan with several backups in case her first option didn't work out. Ji and Ron made some calls and got in touch with a highly respected physical therapist and her team and setup a recovery program for her.

The following week Rogue started her therapy, Michelle Owens and her team were amazed at how well she was doing physically after having such a horrible accident. Micah Thomas and Leah Lopez her assistants went over all her health records, MRI's, x-rays and CT scans and couldn't believe how lucky she was that she didn't have major damage to her extremities. "Rogue it's a pleasure to meet you . I'm Michelle Owens your therapist and this are my assistants Micah Thomas and Leah Lopez. I think that with the rehabilitation program we have designed for you, we will be able to meet your goals. Are you ready to work hard for me?" Rogue grins and shakes their hands, "it's great to finally meet you all. I'm definitely ready to start. I'm a senior and have to take my university entrance exam at the end of the year so I have to be better by then." Michelle smiles, "Great, today we will evaluate your condition and start with some light exercise and take it from there. okay?"

For the following two months Rogue follows a strict rehabilitation program and the results were outstanding. Michelle, Micah and Leah were impressed with how hard working and determined the teenager is, no matter how hard and demanding the program was she would do it without any complaints. Ji and Ron personally took over her tutoring and she speedily caught up on her school work and even leapt ahead in the curriculum. Ji was an excellent teacher and Ron was tough on her with all the mock testing he put her through. She was finally able to walk without assistance and she decided that it was time to go back to school. That evening during dinner Rogue decides to bring up the subject of going back to school. "Papa, I wanted to talk to you about something if it's okay with you and Nana," Rogue peeks at Johan as she takes a bit of food. "Johan looks at Kyung then Rogue, "what is it Poppy? You know you can tell us anything." Rogue takes a deep breath and lets it out, "I want to go back to school as soon as possible. I think I'm ready." Kyung is not surprised she has noticed that Rogue has been antsy and dissatisfied with staying at home, frankly she's surprised that she lasted as long as she had. "Poppy, if you think that you are ready, we will support you. Have you made a choice and picked a school?" "Nana, I want to go to Grand Central Prep. Mama went there and I remember she said she loved it, so I will follow her steps and go there." Kyung nods. "Excellent choice my girl. We will go tomorrow and enroll you. You will be able to start next Monday."
