During a trip to Washington, D.C., Ben overuses the Omnitrix and doesn't have any power left when Dr. Animo, a disgruntled scientist, brings displays of prehistoric creatures from the Natural History Museum to life. Ben eventually defeats him, and learns that being a hero doesn't always come with rewards.
