This chapter explains everything in the novel that relates to aura powers and Guarded that have not been or have very little explained in the novel, up to chapter 10, along with adding extra information of things already explained. Please read the chapters before reading this as these are spoilers.

Guarded:
A person who owns and aura. Being a Guarded can be determined by genes, though nobody seems to be able to find out what genes. These Guarded would have a similar or almost the same aura power as their parents, grandparents or even ancestors.
Aura:
The power system of this novel. It is like flames enveloping someone. The person gets physical and mental boosts from it when active. Auras can also give people powers unless the people are powerless(explained later). All auras have a colour associated with them, apart from powerless ones which are all grey, and auras can have the same colour and different powers, or different colours and very similar powers. All powers are unique, though some are very very similar, the only difference being colour or a little tweak of the activation. Auras can't reach very far as the Guarded have a limited amount of it and if lost they need to recover it over time.
Aura power activation:
There are different ways powers need to be activated. Some powers can just happen because the user wills it e.g time stop. While others need to have some requirements to activate e.g black fire that needs to be activated by movement. Some have restrictions like only working on certain objects or people, or needing to know stuff about the things the power makes etc.
Hisk the Detective.
Aura: His aura can store impacts by getting hit. Storing impacts takes a toll on his body and gets worse the more impact is stored up. Impacts add together so they can all be released at the same time. e.g if Hisk is punched twice he can release the force of both punches at once. Releasing an impact damages the exit point, the damage is more severe depending on the amount of impact released and the space of the release area, e.g a finger would get more damaged than a palm would be as it has a smaller exit point. This can only be released from Hisk's body with or without his aura being active, however, having his aura active is better since he can take the force better.
Extras:
These are humans who had their whole body turned into a robot, leaving only the brain. They are as strong and as fast as the Guarded. Because they do this some get auras. Auras grant them no physical boost and very simple powers e.g wind control. Most get powerless auras which are almost useless, being used only for aura techniques. Many non-extra Guarded say they cheat their way into getting an aura as almost all of the extras get an aura. Nobody is really sure why this happens, though it is thought to have something to do with the creator or creators of the extras. Once someone gets turned into an extra they can't feel pain or fear death, though some still react to pain by saying "ow," and the like, probably due to what they think they should feel. Due to this, extras can't be tortured and be forced to say how they became an extra.
Number 3:
Aura: His aura power is the ability to control wind in a 5-meter radius at very low precision. He can push stuff but can't create anything complex from wind e.g a sword. He's an extra so his aura doesn't grant him any boosts.
Aura techniques:
Auras are like a muscle you can move. You can move the aura to make aura techniques like aura punching. These can be useful in fights and are used to fill gaps in the power of an aura user e.g if their power is only suited for long-range combat, aura techniques help in close range etc.
Powerless auras:
Self-explanatory, auras that grant the Guarded no aura powers.
Fise Cherryblossom:
Aura: His aura has the power to stop time, but only for a limited amount of time in his perspective. He can move in stopped time because his aura is surrounding him, it can also cover other objects which allow them to move in stopped time. He can interact with everything in stopped time as if time wasn't stopped, which makes it possible for him to see, breathe and move as light, and the air isn't stopped for him. His aura is a golden colour. After the fight with the space erasing shuriken wielder, he could stop time for a maximum of 0.5 seconds, increasing from the original 0.25.
Andrew Pennelsky:
Aura: His aura allows him to produce a black fire that burns auras and things produced by them, but it's useless against everything else. It is produced by his movement. His aura is black and dark grey. After fighting Fise he came up with the idea of the Dark Knight Armour to protect himself. It is not useful for long battles as it drains his stamina super fast.
Spike man:
Aura: His aura power is to be able to create spikes from any material he is touching. These spikes are toughened versions of the thing they are made from. He can control the spikes to move as long as he is touching their origin point. However, they get weaker the further away they get.
Gate man:
Aura: His ability is to 'crack' and 'break' things he is touching. 'Crack' produces cracks on the object and weakens it, while 'break' would destroy the object by splintering it. It can only be used on 'cracked' things.
Forest panther scout:
Aura: His ability is to be able to create any weapon that has been made if he knows how it works. The weapons have infinite ammunition but if they are things like a bolt action sniper they still need the bolt to be cranked to get the bullet in the chamber. His own weapons can't hurt him. The weapons begin to break apart if separated from him or if he wills it, this process is sped up by any force impacting the object.
Forest panther vice leader:
Aura: Her ability is to make solid things act like liquid and liquid things to act like solids. She needs to touch objects to make her ability to affect them. It can't fully affect large objects. However, while the user is in this state, water and some other liquids would cut like knives.
Forest panther member, Gareth:
Aura: His ability is to produce 2 shurikens that are invisible and when applied with enough force, would erase space in a 25 cm diameter around them, along with themselves. They are made in his hands only if they are open and out of sight of anyone, including through live video. However, prerecorded video is fine, along with the user looking at them as they form. He can also change how many impacts it takes for them to activate. This can be upgraded but he only gets to 2 impacts.
The Radiance: A group going against the Company, but isn't sided with the UN. More info about it would be added later.
Jaxon Gates:
A type of security gates invented by Johnathan and Laika Jaxon that has 2 entrances, 1 for vehicles and 1 for people. The security people are protected by bullet and explosion-proof glass and metal. By using a 1 at a time system along with Jaxon metal it is one of the safest security gates after the Fall, being widely used by cities and important facilities.
Jaxon metal:
A special type of metal that can be both liquid and solid and using a program can be made to only allow certain people to pass through, and those not allowed would be met by a very strong metal, being able to resist Wraith punches directly without budging, but it would not stop everything.
