Christian dragged his cold, wet and heavy armour through the busy streets of the city he should be ruling, every now and again he would have to change the direction he was going as an Azure kingdom guard would enter his field of view. When he finally made to the city walls without being spotted, he noticed that the woman who had raised him for the last 16 years' head was on a pike on the centre of the main wall.

His anger began to fuel his body and before he could think, he was already cutting his way through the troops guarding the main gate, before any of them could react they had been pierced through the skull by the large spear. The skull at the top of the spear began to glow with a red hue as the men were being killed and when the slaughter was over, the skull emitted a dark fog that flowed into Christian's body.

The smoke entered through his mouth and Christian could feel his body begin to change in many different ways all at once. His skin lost its pale complexion and instantly turned a sort of irritated red colour, his eyes mutated to be half black and red coloured while his usually blonde hair was turned dark black with a crimson red stripe down one side. A small dark fog began to float around Christian's hands , along with information that flooded his brain.

"It seems someone has finally been able to awakened the staff of Dunehill, do not worry kid, My name is Arthur Dunehill and I made the spear and started the branch family of the Dunehills in this area. Our family originates from another continent however you are from a different world correct? As I'm dead I can see things that the living can't, I sincerely hope you do not let this line of Dunehills end with you. Now for what you want to know, the fog that you inhaled will activate the necromancy magic that lies dormant in your body, it requires someone with natural affinity for it and the ability to use the spear to unlock it. The current spells you can use and a description will appear after I'm done talking. After you collect a certain amount of souls and increase your aptitude in necromancy , you will unlock spells and abilities. They will also appear in your mind as you unlock them, you may also learn other schools of magic however do not forget necromancy as it will be what saves you in a pinch. Go forth Dunehill, honour in life and glory in death"

As the spirit said it would two spells appeared in Christian's mind, one was called Shadow teleportation while the second was called summon skeletons. The first spell allowed Christian to instantly teleport between shadowed areas for a cost of mana while the second would allow him to summon a number of skeletons that had varying classes and skills (Depends on spell level), At level one he could summon 3 skeleton warriors which had rusty swords and shields and leather armour equipped.

Christian ran through the main gate and began to walk towards the path that would lead him out of the Azure kingdom lands when a shout came from behind him " I have captured the girl that you love Christian, come fight me for her, if you win then you both can leave however if you lose both of you die."

Christian laughed and responded with" If you are talking about the princess of the Azure kingdom then there is no love there, it was political and nothing more. Kill her for all I care, I know she helped you in the siege and she is not your captive. That was a poor attempt to lure me out however I do have to return your dagger."

Christian used shadow teleportation to appear behind the Lord and stab the dagger into his spine, while he was there he whispered " I will not kill you now however you will never walk again, I will be back for this city and then I shall feed you to the pigs."

Christian than vanished and did not reappear...
