Chapter 194: Untimely Return

After the fight Belmods body was easily disposed of by the Zenos. Toppo was called in to inaugurate him into becoming the new Universe 11 God of Destruction. With a bit melancholy, Toppo accepted the new title. He was on a mission before coming so he was not able to make it to the fight that took Belmods life. I returned back to normal and some senzu beans to get my power back but, it will take another abundance of food to get my reserves back. A trip to the Toriko universe should fix that. Toppo looked my way.

Toppo: Before I am a God of Destruction I am a Pride Trooper, and Belmod-sama was a Pride Troop before me. As a junior, I must avenge my senior.

Sage: Then you will also die trying. From what I gathered from the Tournament of Power, Belmod wasn't a bad God of Destruction but his shit talking and attitude got on my bad side. If you don't want to follow in his footsteps and leave the universe 11 God of Destruction seat empty, I suggest you shut the fuck up.

Toppo didn't say anything and kept to himself. I was called over by Whis. After recovering, I flew to where Beerus and Whis are.

Grand Priest: And with this, marks the end of the punishment game. You may all return back to your respective universes.

The Grand Priest, The Zenos and his guards left. The other Gods of Destruction started to leave as well. Quitela, my bad, now Squeakers, was grinding his teeth at me and Beerus before he left.

Beerus: Hahaha! It still makes me laugh.

Sage: He is probably the only God of Destruction with a cute name.

Beerus & Champa: Hahahaha!

Whis: Beerus-sama and now Champa-sama, is it really appropriate to laugh?

Vados: (Giggling) That's right. There are more pressing matters. Like how Satan-san came to be your candidate, Champa-sama.

Champa: Oh yeah.

Beerus: Yeah, since when did you have someone like that?

Champa: Honestly. I don't remember (Scratching his head). I was strolling through my universes Earth for foo… Ahem, I mean opponents and found myself at a fighting Tournament. While there, I saw that Satan dominated with an incredible amount of physical power. When I heard from Vados that I was being summoned for my punishment I brought him along.

Beerus: Well that explains why you were on Earth but not the fact that you knew he was powerful. I saw a similar mortal on my Earth…um…

Sage: He is Goku's eldest son's father-in-law.

Beerus: Yeah, him.

Whis: In universe 7's Earth, Satan-san was not powerful at all. He was no different from Bulma-sans power level. Sage-san, did you know of him when you first saw him?

Sage: I did. The moment he was introduced as a God of Destruction Candidate I knew he was not normal since his universe 7 counter part is incredibly weak in comparison.

Whis: True, but I think you knew of the situation when he first came out. Is there something going on that you are not telling us?

Sage: Honestly, considering the fact that Champa tore a hole between universe 6 and 7, did you really think there would be no fallout? If you want my answer, then I don't know definitively, but if you want my opinion, then I believe that someone took the opportunity to use the hole ripped open to conduct activities behind the scenes.

Vados: Then you don't know who or what caused the anomaly that is Satan-san?

Sage: No.

I honestly didn't know. It could be different factors or different beings messing with the universe. There are many beings within the Dragon Ball universe that could've caused the incongruity, so I can't be sure if it was Sealas, from one of the Dragon Ball games. There was one I knew for sure though…

Sage: What I know for sure is that someone messed with the history of the Universe 6 Earth.

Vados: Hmm, time manipulation is a serious crime. Sage-san, thank you for bringing that up.

Whis: Indeed. If we find anything on our end we will let you know.

Beerus: Let's see how Goku and Vegeta are faring.

Sage: I'm going to stock up on some things and meet you on your planet Beerus-sama. Whis-san, when I get back I will help you look into the anomalies that are happening. If you don't somewhere to start I suggest you look into some of the histories you know and look back to the changes, like if certain beings that should not have died, dies. Checking to see how many rings of time Shin has could also help.

Whis: Hmm, that's a good idea. I will start with the rings then.

I opened my Yomotsu Hirasaka and slowly approached it. I sensed that we were being watched. Before I made my way into the portal I turned my head to the side with my Ginga Rinne Sharingan activated. I saw where the presence was coming from, looked straight at it and I gave a wicked smile. The presence was not close but was monitoring from far away, I broke the technique they were using but carried my voice towards them.

Sage: You better not get killed before I come back you pervert. Hahaha!

Whis: Ara, we had a peeping Tom.

Beerus: They are getting too cocky trying to spy on us. You better hurry Sage. If not I will kill them before you get back.

Sage: With your laziness, I doubt it. I'll make sure to bring you guys back something good to eat.

Whis: We will be looking forward to it.

I went for a quick resupply in Toriko's universe and quickly went to the Naruto universe. I wanted to check up on my family and the rest, so I also needed to stop in the One Piece universe to check on Hancock and Lily. When the portal opened and I stepped out, I was standing in my back yard.

Sage: Hey, I'm home!

I searched around to see if anyone was there.

Sage: Hello! Is anyone home! Dads home!

The house was dead silent and it had me worried. I sensed around to find my family but they were in the house all four of them. I entered the house only to have all of them glare at me with angry tear filled eyes. I was confused as to why they would be angry but then I noticed my children, Rose and Ryu. They were adults now and all four rushed me angrily.

Mei & Tsunade: YOU BASTARD!!

The two of them attacked me first. I saw through their anger and just let them have at me but I backed up to the back yard in order to not mess up the house. The kids came after to attack me in unison. Honestly, my kids attacking me hurt the most but that is only for the physical pain. The attack my wives were emotional damage.

All Four: Where were you?!?!

I have no clue how I ended up years further than intended, so now my children have grown into adults. My wives didn't change because of the food I left behind and the Acacia's full course. After they beat on me some more and they were all tired out, I held them all in my arms. I didn't let go until they were tired out. Ryu was the first to get up and walk away. There was nothing I could say to them, "sorry" will just be an empty word at that point. I just kept holding them. Once they were done I carried them into the living room and began to explain the situation.

Apparently, between the time I came to spend with them and now, I have have been gone for 10 years. I controlled the portal as I normally do, came to the same location and to the same time I usually come with the slight gap of time because of the differences between universes. I had no problem with it and my family had no problem with it, until now. Since I always make sure to be careful with the portal when I return, I had no cause for worry but I can't shake the feeling that this was not my fault. The only thing I can think of is a living Otsutsuki fucked up my return. I'm guessing it was the remaining guy from Kara and last Otsutsuki alive that I have told Minato about, Isshiki. I would've easily killed him if I knew where he was. Since he came with Kaguya a thousand years ago, he could have been anywhere. He will show himself in due time though so I am not worried. My only concerning problem is the ten year gap I came back to.
