In the bus, all the passengers surrounded the teacher.

"Teacher, what are they? How they become like that?" One of the students asked.

"I don't know. Probably none of us know. I called my friend. He was also facing the same problems as us. I think it's happening in the entire city." Whimpers and curses erupted in the bus.

"Then what do we do now? There is no one coming to us." One of the frightened female students said.

The cries get louder and the atmosphere got heavier.

"That's why we need to be calm. We don't know the entire situation. We need to survive. If there are many like those things outside then we need to stick together and fight them. Our chances are greater if we are united and move carefully." The cries stopped and the students bit their lips.

Xin Mi was amazed. She too was affected as she felt better than earlier. At least now there was hope.

Xin Mi took another look to the teacher. The teacher was young , seems to be in mid twenties and have a gentle look. He was pale, probably because of the situation, and his sharp and determined eyes were behind the thick glasses. He was tall and as him being a teacher his no doubt would be their leader here.

"I think we should check the situation first. I'm afraid after the school zone it will be more chaotic." The teacher suggested.

"Then after that? Where we will go? No one answering in my home." One of the panicked students said.

"Um..I think we should help him first." Mr. Gate guard who was just finish stopping the blood pointed at the student who got his leg bitten.

They all looked at the student. The student was pale and his lips were black. He was already passed out from the loss of blood.

"I think we should pass by at the hospital. We need medical supplies to clean his wound and dress it." Mr. Gate Guard suggested.

All the passengers were silent. The nearest hospital was in the capital. After the school zone they will enter the outskirts of the capital. Some students were living there.

But if it's happening in the entire city then the hospital surely will be hell. Everyone was afraid to face that.

"Is there anyone whose house is nearer? Our homes have basic medical supplies right?" The teacher asked.

Xin Mi and little Jinghe looked at each other and seemingly understanding each other.

Xin Mi raised her hand, "We are nearer in the outskirts. Mr. Gu knows our house."

Mr. Gu nodded. "Yeah. We will be there in 10-20 minutes."

Mr. Gate guard looked at the boy who passed out.

"We need to hurry."

The bus went silent again as each people began to contemplated how to survive this hellish day.

Xin Me's subdivision was a high-end one. Since the people lived their were rich enough to pay for safety and better environment. That's why it was located at the outskirts of the capital, it was less crowded and less polluted.

Little Jinghe looked at front. She stand up and walked to Mr. Gate guard. Xin Mi followed her. Their safety was not yet guaranteed so Xin Mi was cautious.

Little Jinghe looked at the boy who passed out.

"Something's wrong."

Xin Mi who heard that was curious .

"What do you mean something's wrong?"

"Sister... something's eating his light."

Xin Mi's heart skipped a beat. Light means power. The lights that Jinghe see made us capable of the things we cannot do normally. And something was eating it? Xin Mi hardly believe it.

"What you see?"

"At first, when I was at the back, I saw the lights surrounding him was getting dimmer. But when I looked closely, they were actually eaten...by the dark lights that was coming from his wounds. Not only that...those lights was spreading faster in his entire body.."

Xin Mi got goosebumps. Her instinct was telling her it was something bad.

Mr. Gate Guard looked at them confused. He don't understand a thing of what they are talking about.

"Can we stop it?" She asked Jinghe. Jinghe just looked at her.

"I don't know how. I can only see them." Little Jinghe was helpless. It was hard for her, she can see it yet she can't stop it. Even she's young she knew it was something bad. What would happen if those black lights fully occupied his body? Will this boy die?

But Xin Mi sixth sense was telling her this,

What will this boy become after he woke up?

She don't know the answer. And she doesn't like to know.

"Prepare guys, we are out of school zone..." As the voice of the teacher dies, gasped was followed.

The school was located in a higher part of the hill. It was a good place to have a better view of the downtown and capital. Downtown is the outskirts, going further would be the capital. Through the capital you could travel further to any cities.

Now, the passengers witnessed a hellish scene. Fire and smokes raging everywhere.

Screams and gunshot that seem unending brought chills to their spine.

Even Mr. Gu, the driver accidentally stepped on the break.

Since it was dark, they could see more the fire that spread fast on the houses of the outskirts. There were gunshots and sounds of bombing in the entire capital. The cries and curses echoed in the night.

The entire world was chaotic.

And they have never been this right.
