Phoenix Parker is drop-dead gorgeous and she knows it. But unlike any other teenage girl, Phoenix  takes refuge from the "superficial teenage years" by hiding behind her horn-rimmed glasses, messy hair and oversized men's shirt.



Everything seems to go normal, and well . . . boring. But her normal life does a complete 180 when her family moves to Washington DC.
