Is It Okay For An Antagonist To Save The World?

Markus asked himself that question again for he had no idea how he was able to pull off that last move.

Markus asked himself in shocked, he wondered if he had stumbled upon some hidden cheat that wasn't in the game or if this was some kind of unforeseen result of the increased difficulty.


He tried to use magic as well as his own senses and skills to check his condition for any abnormalities but aside from still missing his right arm and multiple burn wounds from the lasers he couldn't detect anything.


((Was it a fluke? No, I definitely felt something then. How do I describe it?…It was a surge of feelings that were more intense than anything I thought possible, more specifically a combination of excitement and…hunger? I don't know how else to describe it))
