"Well, that's surprising, as you were born in the immortal realm I figured you knew about it since you're from there and almost everyone has it.
I guess, I just assumed you knew as you were part of the Four Emperors System in the Immortal Realm that rule thee entire Immortal Realm.
Well, I guess I can tell you about it, for you to summon your soul form.
You need to turn 13 years of age then open at least two of your three Body Cores and lastly form your Dantian. You'd then condense your Qi, Spirit Qi, or in your case since your from the Immortal Realm Spirit Essence into your Dantian then you'd make a sacrifice to the heavens by killing Spirit Animals and or Spirit Beasts for the Bloodline to the Heavens Ceremony.
It also helps when your spirit form coincides or matches with your Martial Arts and your Cultivation Scripture.
If your Soul form is a water base type Hydra which is strong but you only have access to wind or earth type related Martial Art you could hinder or even half your strength by using something that doesn't mesh with what you have.
So to help visualize it for you, if your part of the Shadow Clan in the Emperor Realm, most would form a dark or shadow related creature or even object to work alongside the Shadow Clans { Shadow Haze Scripture } and there ( Flying Crow Martial Arts ) bringing them endless benefits during there fights and enhancing their power at night, giving them wings while allowing them to naturally communicate with crows and ravens, which has allowed there clan to stay alive and afloat in the Tussle Kingdom for over 130,000 years.
Becoming the best info and spying clan in the mortal realms even though their clan is still somewhat new. So when their children become 13 they kill all types of birds and creatures that have a relation to the night and have shadow and enhancing traits for info gathering and hiding abilities so they help by killing them for their descendants to help them form their soul form.
For example, if they wanted their descendants to form a Kun-Peng as there spirit form they need to find and kill one or kill a distant relative with its bloodline, the same thing for a dragon soul form, if they couldn't find a dragon they could get snakes or a sea serpent or even a Wyvern to help, the stronger and more powerful a creature was, the harder and more work it was for someone to form a Dragon as their Soul form. As they had to have a higher level of communication and to try harder to resonate with it.
Later on, in a cultivator's life when he ascends to a higher cultivation Rank in one of the higher realms, they can upgrade there Qi to Essence, and this applies to all 3 paths of cultivation.
Now for someone's soul to try and to awaken their soul form, they first have to know if they or clan has a bloodline.
If they do, then they or their clan would go out and get something related to that bloodline for Soul Ceremony then they would channel there Qi or essence into there Dantian after the animals or creatures were sacrificed.
They would pour the blood into a bowl, light an incense, then set the blood on fire. The elders would then channel their energy into there clans Bloodline tower or tablet or Statue and then the tower or statue etc... would light up.
The clan members would enter an independent space and try to capture something or visualize the thing they wanted as there soul form. That could resonate with there bloodline, then they would Activate there cultivation awakening Soul Form it would fly out of their body for the first time then the Soul Form would disappear until they reached a higher level in cultivation after that.
They would choose a Cultivation Manual, Martial Arts, and techniques that would work with there Soul Form then elders or seniors within the clan would choose their disciples for training and guidance depending on their talent, soul form, body constitution, etc...
Now Yang, if they're lucky, they can take their soul form out of your body into the real world after reaching a certain cultivation level later on in life, most of the time you need to reach the Nascent Soul stage in cultivation before it can be released into the real world out of their Soul Realm or Space Aperture, but once someone reaches the pinnacle of the mortal realm it can gain sentience and life.
But for it to become a real and independent living life form, that person has to reach the Celestial Emperor stage or have help ascending to the Immortal Realm, so it can turn into a Spirit Beast or real objects depending on what that person chooses as a selection.

But as you already guessed by my previously spoken words, you already possess a Soul form in your
Space aperture in your Dantian, but from what you're saying you didn't know that, so when you reincarnate I'd try to communicate with that Jade piece more when you get the chances.
As it has several things placed in there. But since you were born in the immortal World you should already possess it but you don't know how to communicate with it or work with it.
So plainly speaking your Spirit Qi is already Soul Essence as well, as is your Spirit Essence and Body Essence you'll be ahead of the game in the Living Realm but when you're reborn you'll still have to start over at square one with your body and spirit cultivation, and because you didn't die the quality of your body, spirit and soul cultivation will better than anyone else.
Though your soul cultivation won't be restarted I would use caution when using it as your body and spirit cultivation will not be in place so I would take it easy and not injure yourself.
As this is only happening to you because we intervened with your life and destiny that was on a course from that Jade token that you activated, make sure not to show that to anyone at least until you return to the immortal realm or even the Divine!"
"Oh okay, I think I understand now."
In my Yang Clan, we only focused on Body and Spirit Cultivation, we didn't see Soul Cultivation as a useful tool in our clan as we were made up of Swordsmen, Cultivators, and Blacksmiths, ruling over an empire in the immortal realm. Now we knew of some soul cultivation techniques but we didn't see it as a useful or as easily obtainable to gaining strength.
We relied on our selves, so when we need Qi Pills or Elixirs, we summoned our family Alchemist elder or elders that were part of the Alchemist Association or even the Medicine Pavilion Alliance for potions and Spirit Herbs or other healing items if it was really necessary."
So Yang Long looks at Yang Mountain with Anger and contempt, with what's all happened... sigh...

{ a White Jade, Crystal with blood inside it and 3 20 x 10 meter tall Marble tablets }
He then looks down and sees:
- A white jade in the shape of a Circle with a Flying white tiger with wings on it in clouds
- A Long Crystal with Azura colored blood
- 3 20 x 10 meter tall Marble tablets, of what seems to be made of Covelano Vena Oro Marble)

Okay, Long this is what's gonna happen next, I'm going to take you to the foot of the mountain then, you'll walk up the 11 colored stairs up the mountain, after that, you'll try to cross the nine colored bridge of life.
Then after you complete the 4th trial, there will then be a square platform 100 meters away from the end of the 9 colored rainbow bridge of life.
"Don't get side-tracked, there will be a lot of people there and Realm guards around." - Baise Ma
Baise Ma lefts his left hand and places it, on Long's right shoulder a sphere of purple and teal colored energy surround them, then vibration hits Baise Ma and him. After a few, seconds it stops, the sphere disperses and now there at the bottom of the mountain.
"Well, Yang Long I've helped you skip the river and tunnel trials giving you full points, ending up here at the base of the mountain at the beginning of the 3rd trial, the further you climb up the 11 colored stairs of Wisdom, the better your talent and comprehension abilities will be in your new life, the more points you get the better it will be.
Now after you get tired and can't climb any higher raise your hand and tell a solider and they will escort you to the next trial, then you'll have to compete in the fourth trial, the 9 colored rainbow bridge of life.
Just like the trial with the stairs the further you go in this, the more points you'll get corresponding to a different color gives a higher score the further you walk across the bridge and will determine the quality of your lifestyle, family, friends & your lovers and how many you'll get.
Each color will correspond to a different grade for your new term on life, there's Yellow, Black, Jade, Earth, Sea, Sky, Space, Immortal, and Divine and now the less sin's a person or thing did in their last life, and the amount of good karma and merits they have, the stronger their Aura is, and in turn, helps them resist against the pressure the bridge bares down and gives off on their soul and in your case since you died by mistake due to us you'll do the trials with your body and soul together temporally.
Then once you're done with that trial, comes the final trial the 3 Celestial stones of the universal systems.
The first stone will affect the grade of your body's spiritual roots and what grade the level of your Physique will be.
The second stone will tell and affect what the grade level of your Soul Essence and Soul form's limit will be at.
Then finally, the last Celestial stone determines at what the grade of you're cultivation Qi Essence can reach naturally and the speed of your cultivation will be at.

When the soldiers saw Baise Ma arriving with a young man they bowed to him and Yang Long, they looked towards Yang Long with curiosity after seeing them talk for a little while seeing them laugh and smile, noticing that he still had his physical body told them he had a strong, very strong background especially noticing on how well Baise Ma treated this young man. Now beads of sweat started rolling down their backs and foreheads with a nervous and fast heartbeat, then looking at Yang Long with fear.
After they watched as he left the platform towards the start of the 3rd trial, they began to breathe easier.
After walking for a little bit Yang Long looked down towards the blood marble in his left hand.
"No risk, no reward, no sacrifice, no victory!" - Yang Long
Long then crushes the blood marble with 3 different looking liquids in it.
In his hand, suddenly a fusion of blood and other liquid objects spins around then a small explosion happened as the liquids circled Yang Long then it began to float above his head and chest and body then he felt a sharp pain from his chest, eyes, nose, mouth, and ears as the blood and liquid entered his body, then he began to take a deep breath.
The blood and energy, after entering Yang Long's eyes, ears, mouth, and chest sending him into a throbbing agonizing pain that his veins on his neck and arms pop out.
After stabilizing his own breathing he began to follow up with another deep breath steadying himself before be overcome with Rage as he slammed his Fist into the ground smashing the ground he stood upon then standing up and Screaming releasing a Dragons Roar.
After he released his Family's Dragon Martial Arts his Aura began to Roar upward as it took its first breath for the first time in this life. As his Cultivation Techqiue began to condense into a Golden Dragon Roaring into the Air.
After releasing his pent up anger and began to calm himself down coming to complete and quiet breathing as he opened his eyes slowly as he gazed upon Yang Mountain we eyes of determination as he begins to stair deeply up towards the peak of the Yang Mountain Summit.
